Luke Bryan recently surprised a fan and her family at home when he showed up unannounced. You see, Diane Taylor kidneys were shutting down, and her daughter, Lisa — who’s a huge Luke fan — decided to donate one of her kidneys to her mother. The selfless act gave her mother an idea to have Luke surprise her. This particular story had a personal effect on Luke and his entire team, since Jacoby Knott, a lady who works in his office, recently underwent surgery when her cousin donated his kidney to save her life.

“Your music has helped me and my mom and my sister get through times that were so dark,” Lisa told Luke.

“However much you may think that we are making you guys feel good, I swear to God that I haven’t had this much fun in a long time.”
