Dierks Bentley climbs to the top of the Country Aircheck/Mediabase chart this week with his latest smash, “Gone,” marking his 20th No. 1.

“I really can’t believe I have 20 No. Ones at Country radio,” he said. “I still remember the bar I played in Texas when I found out that ‘What Was I Thinking’ was going to be my first No. One. It’s a great feeling that only gets better with each song that goes to the top. I am so appreciative of Country radio for all the support they have given me from the beginning…it’s been a great ride.”

Written by Nicolle Galyon, Ben Johnson and Niko Moon and produced by David Garcia, Dierks says he still feels like it was yesterday when he scored his first chart-topper with “What Was I Thinkin’.”

“It’s like when I walk on stage, I feel just like that same kid that sung that song,” he says. “In some ways nothing’s changed, and in most ways everything’s changed. It’s hard to believe it’s been 20 singles.”

Fans can catch Dierks on the road this summer at the summer’s biggest festivals ahead of his upcoming 2021 BEERS ON ME TOUR with specials guests Riley Green and Parker McCollum, launching Aug. 13th at Salt Lake City, UT’s USANA Amphitheatre. The trek will criss-cross the nation stopping in Buena Vista, CO over Labor Day Weekend (Sept. 3-5) for his third annual Seven Peaks Music Festival with a stacked lineup including Keith Urban.
