Capitol Nashville’s Caylee Hammack has a new album (and book by the same title) “Bed Of Roses” available everywhere today. In the audio clip below she talks about getting to work with producer John Osborne.

“I go on stage every single night and I tell people you know if there’s one thing you take for me take this if you never ask that question that you want to ask the answer will always be no I never thought Reba would sing with me but I asked never thought Alan Jackson would never thought Chris Stapleton would but I asked because the worst thing they could say is no thank you and so for someone who says that it would be very hypocritical for me after having such a great time getting to be one of the characters on the Lindyville Project, which was produced by John Osborne. You know, for me not to just ask. And one night we were playing in some casino somewhere and we were on the tour bus afterwards and I was sitting at the booth with him and I just said, would you ever produce something on me? I’d like to kind of step back from the co-producing world and just be the artist for a minute and just see what it feels like. And he said, of course.”
