Lauren Alaina made a surprise appearance during Colt Ford‘s set in Fort Wayne, Indiana to perform the Jason Aldean hit “Dirt Road Anthem.”

She’s currently “kickin’ it” on the airwaves with her latest single “Barefoot and Buckwild.”
