Luke Bryan’s wife Caroline is featured in the video for the recent three-week No. 1 hit “Crash My Party,” which marks her music video debut. In the clip, Luke is setting up a romantic dinner, complete with wildflowers he picked himself, for his lovely lady.
The ACM Entertainer of the Year weighed the pros and cons of having his wife in the video, and ultimately decided it was the right thing. “I sat down with Caroline. I was like, ‘Do you want to be in the video?’ She’s like, ‘If you want me to be in the video.’ We talked about the positives and negatives of her being in it,” says Luke. “We kinda got to the point where I was like, ‘I ain’t gonna overthink it, you know. Come in the video. It’ll be fun. It’ll be a cool moment.’ It was fun being out there on the set with her and sharing that video, and I think it was a real pretty moment visually to look at.” Luke also says the video will probably help him in the romance department in the future. “I think it gave me some ideas on being a little more romantic these days.”
“Crash My Party” is the title track from Luke’s forthcoming album, due in stores and online August 13th. You can also pre-order a deluxe version with four additional songs here.

“The video came together really by me and Shaun [Silva] talking it out, some of my ideas, and then I sat down with Caroline.
