Encino, CA (June 26, 2013) – ACM Lifting Lives Music Camp is in session this week in Nashville, Tenn. with campers from around the country participating in a week of activities and excursions around Music City. The residential camp has the dual purpose of studying Williams syndrome while providing music enrichment through performance and education.
Mercury Records/19/Interscope recording artist Lauren Alaina dropped by the famous Wildhorse Saloon to spend time with the campers while they shared stories from the first days of camp and participated in a line dancing session. This is the second consecutive year that Alainahas participated in ACM Lifting Lives Music Camp.
The camp is a partnership between ACM Lifting Lives and Vanderbilt Kennedy Center for Excellence in Developmental Disabilities.
Country Weekly was there to cover the event. Check it out here.
