Easton, who plays in Tulsa, Oklahoma on Thursday (April 27th), is currently making his way up the country charts with his latest single, “A Girl Like You.”
Easton Corbin’s new single, which was written by Ashley Gorley, Jesse Frasure and Rhett Akins, has a new energy and sound that the singer says “makes you feel good.”
“I love ‘A Girl Like You,’ because it has so much energy and it’s so young and it kind of has that bounce on it. It just really makes you feel good when you hear it. I know when I first heard it, it made me really feel good,” says Easton. “Also, what drew me to this song was, it’s a little different than anything I’ve done. I’m all about going up there and trying new things, as long as I can always kinda keep my traditional country there, but also the current sound. I think that’s the key here is to keep your foot in traditional, which is what I do, but also have that element of fresh and new.”
Easton will play “A Girl Like You” when he stops in Columbus, Ohio February 10th.

This Sunday (February 5th), millions of people around the world will be tuning in to Super Bowl 51 (the Big Game), including some of your favorite country artists. Some will be rooting for the Atlanta Falcons, while others will be pulling for the New England Patriots to win the Big Game. Billy Currington, Canaan Smith, Darius Rucker, Lady Antebellum, Easton Corbin, Keith Urban, Lauren Alaina and Little Big Town are definitely fans of football…as is Luke Bryan, who is set to perform the National Anthem at the Big Game at NRG Stadium in Houston, Texas on Sunday (February 5th) at 6:30pm ET on FOX.
Just before the game, Lady A will take part in the official pre-game party at the NRG Center, while Sam Hunt, a former University of Alabama Birmingham quarterback, headlines a rather cool venue – Club Nomadic, a collapsible traveling nightclub – on Thursday (Feb. 2nd).

“I’m a big football fan. I mean, when I was growing up, if you asked me who my favorite team is now, I couldn’t tell you. But when I was a kid, it was the Dallas Cowboys. And I don’t know if it was because my mom bought my brother a Pittsburgh Steelers pennant for some reason, and bought me a Dallas Cowboys pennant, and of course over the year I fell in love with the Cowboys, and then I wanted a jersey the next Christmas, and then the next one, I wanted [more Cowboys stuff]. Darius Rucker helped pay tribute to James Taylor at this week’s Kennedy Center Honors by performing a medley of some of the iconic singer-songwriter’s biggest hits, including “Sweet Baby James” and “Carolina in My Mind.” Rounding out the tribute, Darius, along with Garth Brooks and Sheryl Crow, performed ‘How Sweet It Is’ together. Easton Corbin has been traveling the country, and while he’s on the road, he’s been trying different restaurants in a new Youtube series, “Easton Eats.” In the latest episode, you can find him eating up some good barbecue at Cooper’s BBQ in Fort Worth, Texas.
Easton Corbin may not had snow on Christmas Day growing up in Florida, but he certainly had enough to get him into the holiday spirit. He reveals which soulful sounds got him into the holiday spirit. “I think the song that gets me, I guess, in the most Christmas spirit would probably be – since Merle Haggard is one of my heroes, ‘If I Make It Through December,’” says Easton.
His favorite gift would have to be a guitar. “My favorite Christmas gift probably as a kid would probably be the guitar my dad got me, the first electric guitar my dad got me one Christmas,” says Easton.

Easton Corbin has partnered again with Ram Trucks for its “#RamGivesThanks” online campaign as part of the Ram Nation grassroots volunteer corps of Ram owners and like-minded people willing and ready to lend a helping hand in their communities, especially throughout this season of praise and thanksgiving.
Corbin, a longtime Ram truck owner and partner, released the first in a series of “#RamGivesThanks” videos as part of the campaign. The video will be released in conjunction with the 90th Annual Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade® where Corbin will perform “Let’s Ride,” the song he released exclusively for Ram Trucks. Ram is the Official Truck of the Macy’s Parade and all parade floats are towed by Ram trucks. In the first #RamGivesThanks video, the No. 1 selling recording artist visited a fire station in his home state of Florida to praise the work by delivering a hot meal and saying thank you to the first responders for their service. This was very special to Corbin because his Dad was a law enforcement officer as well as a veteran and his step-brother a police officer.
