• KIP MOORE SAYS FANS CAN EXPECT HONESTY AND JOY IN HIS NEW RECORD, WILD WORLD.

Kip Moore is ready to release his highly-anticipated fourth studio album WILD WORLD on Friday (May 29th). Co-writing all but one of the tracks, Kip reveals an honest and insightful look at his own vulnerabilities and how he found joy navigating the search to find a place and purpose. Throughout the 13-song collection that search is revealed in deeply personal terms with Moore even self-producing the set, with help from David Garcia, Luke Dick and Blair Daly on respective tracks.

“Fans can expect honesty with this new record, WILD WORLD, says Kip. “And I think they’re gonna find themselves wanting to dig up some of their owns bones that they’ve buried, some of those regrets from their past that have been weighing them down, and I think it’s gonna make them feel safe in their own vulnerabilities to face those regrets and try to find peace in ‘em.”

Kip is also hoping fans experience joy when listening to his new album. “I hope that they find joy in this record the way I found joy searching for simplicities in life,” he says. “I hope that it means something to them the same way it did for me. I think there’s a search for faith throughout this record and how that looks to all of us. It might take on different shapes and forms for each of us, but it definitely probes the questions and makes you search.”

    Wild World Track List:

    1. “Janie Blu” (Dan Couch, Kip Moore)
      2. “Southpaw” (Westin Davis, Mooer)
      3. “Fire and Flame” (Cary Barlowe, Brett James, Moore, Will Weatherly)

Since the pandemic began forcing shutdowns in March, he has been hunkered down in East Kentucky, just being quiet and contemplative — writing songs, reading, and exploring the outdoors. Kip has documented some of his quarantine experience and breaks down the recording of his fourth album, Wild World, in the upcoming documentary 7 Days at the Rock, which premieres tonight (May 28th) at 9pm ET/8pm CT on Outside TV. Filmed by Moore’s friend PJ Brown, the documentary is set at the “BedRock,” a lodge that Moore built with another friend, Jeremy Salyers, to accommodate weary hikers and rock climbers at Red River Gorge at budget-friendly prices.

  • KIP MOORE WILL PREMIERE INSIGHTFUL “7 DAYS AT THE ROCK” DOCUMENTARY ON OUTSIDE TV ON MAY 28th.

As the release of his fourth studio album WILD WORLD nears, multi-PLATINUM singer/songwriter Kip Moore continues to share more insight into the upcoming record, today announcing that his timely and thoughtful documentary “7 DAYS AT THE ROCK” will premiere on OUTSIDE TV on May 28. The short film offers an unfiltered look into the weeks leading up to the release of WILD WORLD (out May 29), as Moore spent time in self-isolation at his remote rock climbing facility, BedRock, located in Red River Gorge, Kentucky. Moore reflects on the current times, shifting gears in light of the pandemic while recording his IN THE WILD SESSIONS acoustic series and shares some personal reflection. “7 DAYS AT THE ROCK” will be available to watch on Outside TV on May 28 at 8pm CT available on all major streaming platforms and devices including The Roku Channel and Samsung TV Plus. Moore joins the company of other musicians spotlighted by Outside TV including Foo Fighters, Jack Johnson and Michael Franti.

Sharing the news of the forthcoming documentary exclusively with Rolling Stone, Moore also premiered a new track “Red White Blue Jean American Dream” today, available to listen here. The only outside cut on the album, written by Jimi Bell, Barton Davies, Luke Dick, Philip Lammonds, it’s a jangle-rock stand out full of pure-American references and razor-sharp hooks, once again pointing to WILD WORLD’S central theme – that life could be less complicated than we make it.

“‘7 DAYS AT THE ROCK’ came around really organically leading up to the release of this record,” shared Moore. “This is a unique moment in time for all of us that none of us will ever forget and so it felt right to kind of reflect on everything that is going on, as well as shed some light into the process of releasing WILD WORLD. I also really wanted ‘Red White Blue Jean American Dream’ to be the next look into the album.”

The current CMA “International Artist Achievement Award” nominee is making his way up the country charts with “She’s Mine.”

  • KIP MOORE AMPS UP ANTICIPATION FOR FORTHCOMING STUDIO ALBUM PREMIERING “CRAZY FOR YOU TONIGHT.”

Kip Moore is sharing more music from his forthcoming studio album WILD WORLD, exclusively premiering the groove-driven track “Crazy For You Tonight” with Esquire today, available to listen here. Co-written by Moore with Blair Daly and Westin Davis, he also shared an emotive acoustic take on the track as part of his “In The Wild Sessions.” Filmed in the Mojave Desert in California, the session sees Moore duetting with independent artist India Carney as the pair offer another perspective on “Crazy For You Tonight.”

Moore also announced his WILD WORLD GLOBAL LIVESTREAM TOUR PRESENTED BY FULL THROTTLE ENERGY today, set to take place on Monday, May 5. The current CMA “International Artist Achievement Award” nominee will perform specially geo-targeted livestream shows for multiple territories including the US, The U.K., Europe, Africa, Australia, Asia and Canada on Youtube Live. Moore has built a fiercely loyal following internationally, selling out venues in The U.K., Australia, Canada and The U.S. For time zones and more information visit, kipmoore.net.

“The feedback from the songs we have released from WILD WORLD so far has been really amazing,” shared Moore. “I’m looking forward to hearing what the fans think of ‘Crazy For You Tonight’ so they can get a feel for this upcoming record with each song we release ahead of it. I think the video we shot in the desert gives a whole other layer to the song too, and the shoot that day was just a purely joyful experience. I’m also looking forward to connecting with more fans on Monday with the global livestream we’re doing. I think right now we are all searching for ways to keep in touch and hopefully this will offer a way to do that.”

Available on May 29th, Moore co-wrote all but one of WILD WORLD‘s insightful tracks. Throughout the 13-song collection Moore navigates the search to find a place and purpose. That search is revealed in deeply personal terms, with Moore even self-producing the set, with help from David Garcia, Luke Dick and Blair Daly on respective tracks. The weathered heartland-rock sound Moore has embraced on previous efforts gets its emotional volume pumped up, recorded live with a full band, as substance trumped style and the timeless prevailed over the trendy.

Kip is currently sitting inside the Top 30 with his latest single, “She’s Mine.”

  • KIP MOORE EMBODIES HIS INNER “SOUTHPAW” IN NEW TRACK TAKEN FROM UPCOMING ALBUM WILD WORLD.

Kip Moore released “Southpaw,” the next standout track off his upcoming fourth studio album, WILD WORLD, exclusively with American Songwriter today and available to listen here. Co-written (with Westin Davis) and produced by Moore, the track hailed by Billboard as a “guitar-heavy arena-rocker celebrating the underdog,” provides fans with another glimpse into Moore’s highly-anticipated forthcoming release, out May 29 and available to preorder here.  The sturdy “Southpaw” stands as a grunge-rocking manifesto for the proudly out of touch, rejecting the notion of “going with the flow” and showcasing just how Moore stands apart in today’s Wild World.

Moore also shared the stripped-down, emphatic acoustic version of “Southpaw,” as the next installment of his “IN THE WILD SESSIONS” video series, available to watch here. Directed by PJ Brown, the stunning video was shot in the heart of Red River Gorge in Kentucky. Last week, Moore debuted the first installment of the “IN THE WILD SESSIONS,” which featured the singer/songwriter performing the album’s title track in the Mojave Desert in California. More videos set in both locations will be unveiled in the following weeks.

“’Southpaw’ started from a feeling of being on the outside looking in on modern society,” explains Moore. “I don’t want my edges to be smoothed to fit into a box. I woke up the day we wrote it feeling like I was born in the wrong era. I grew up a boxing fan and a Southpaw was always a rare sighting, unpredictable and hard to prepare for. I wrote the song with Westin Davis in South Dakota and we’ve always understood each other like brothers and being kind of cut from the same cloth. I knew he would get my headspace that day and he always brings the magic. And on the recording side of things, I don’t think I’ve ever felt so much juice in a session.”’

Co-writing all but one of WILD WORLD’S insightful tracks, Kip Moore navigates the search to find a place and purpose. Throughout the 13-song collection that search is revealed in deeply personal terms, with Moore even self-producing the set, with help from David Garcia, Luke Dick and Blair Daly on respective tracks. The weathered heartland-rock sound Moore has embraced on previous efforts gets its emotional volume pumped up, recorded live with a full band, as substance trumped style and the timeless prevailed over the trendy.
Kip Moore has toured the world headlining his own shows, earning acclaim and a rabid fanbase as an all-in performer in each setting and most recently wrapping 40 sold-out headlining shows in The U.S, The U.K. and Canada. Praised by Noisey as “an uncompromising, genre-defying artist firing on all cylinders” Moore has blazed his own trail. The current CMA “International Artist Achievement Award” nominee first splashed into the mainstream with the double-PLATINUM “Somethin’ ‘Bout a Truck” in 2012, then followed up with three more best selling No. Ones (“Hey Pretty Girl,” “Beer Money” and “More Girls Like You”), a trio of ambitious, critically-praised albums and two gritty EPs that landed Moore on multiple “Best Of” lists. Moore is currently gearing up to hit the road this summer as a special guest on Sam Hunt’s THE SOUTHSIDE SUMMER TOUR. For more information visit kipmoore.net.

  • KIP MOORE LAUNCHES “IN THE WILD SESSIONS” AS HE SETS THE SCENE FOR UPCOMING FOURTH STUDIO ALBUM “WILD WORLD” OUT MAY 29th.

Multi-PLATINUM singer/ songwriter Kip Moore is offering fans a form of virtual escape, today announcing his “IN THE WILD SESSIONS,” an acoustic video series that will give fans insight into Moore’s upcoming forth studio album WILD WORLD, available May 29. The first video available in the series of videos and available to watch here, is a spine-tingling version of the forthcoming releases’ title track that sees Moore performing in the atmospheric Californian desert as he collaborates with independent artists, vocalist India Carney and guitarist Melissa Dougherty.

Directed and filmed by longtime collaborator PJ Brown, Moore initially began shooting the “IN THE WILD SESSIONS” in the Mojave Desert in Southern California with independent musicians that Moore cherry-picked to perform with and shine a spotlight on. Moore has continued to shoot the stripped-back sessions solo while in isolation at his rock-climbing facility Bedrock, located in the heart of Red River Gorge in Kentucky, with more videos set in both locations to be released in the coming weeks.

“The ‘In The Wild Sessions’ began as a way to tell the story of these songs in a bare bones kind of way,” shared Moore. “I love to travel, and so PJ and I scouted a spot in the desert in California and hand-picked some independent artists to do the sessions with, as a way of also highlighting their amazing talents too. We shot five videos in the desert and then when our plans changed a little with everything going on, we shifted gears while I’m here in Kentucky in isolation. The scenery here in Red River Gorge is also one of my favorite places to be and so I’m looking forward to also sharing this pocket of the world in some of the videos to come.”

Co-writing all but one of WILD WORLD’S insightful tracks, Kip Moore navigates the search to find a place and purpose. We are just at home, and we are trying to get out and explore when the weather’s nice enough to do so. We are so lucky that we have some land around us that we get to get outside and get some of our energy out, especially with a five-year-old, for Isaiah, trying to come up with crafts. I’ve been cooking a lot. My house is spotless. [laughs] But just trying to do what I can work-wise as much as I can at home and trying not to worry and praying much like everybody else.”

I do like A Million Little Things when that’s on. It seems like maybe when one of my favorite shows ends, it’s like another one starts back up again. “I’m doing a lot of the same things I’ve always done to stay healthy. I’m trying to eat right, take care of my body. But I have followed the guidelines of quarantining myself. I’m trying to do everything asked of me. I’m currently in the mountains and I’m rock climbing. I’m completely solo. I’m off the grid. I’ve stocked up on a lot of frozen meats. I’ve got a little lodge up here in Kentucky, so I’m hanging out here, so that’s where I’m spending my time. I’ve always wanted to learn Spanish. I’ve always been able to dabble in it, but I want to get better at it. So, the first thing I did was I downloaded the dual lingo app, and it’s very elementary. Every single morning, I try to spend 45 minutes to an hour with that app, and the other thing that I’ve been trying to do is I have been outside trying to work on my skateboard game.”

There’s some woods behind the house we can go and walk in, and we’re doing that now after we binged out on Netflix and Youtube, and got some dogs. I’ve got a little bird dog puppy, I’ll get out in the yard, trying to train, so I’ll mess with him a little bit. Brothers Osborne (COVID-19) OC: …been four days. :40
“What’s up, y’all? It’s Brothers Osborne. We just want to let you guys know these are really odd times that we’re all going through, you know, it’s a really extraordinary moment. We are all very isolated, but strangely we’re all going through this together. And I think it’s very, very important just to give each other a call – call a loved one, call your Mom, call your dad, call anyone, call someone that you haven’t talked to in years. I think it’s very important to stay very connected. Even though we’re physically isolated we don’t have to be spiritually or emotionally isolated from people, so just give people a call and while you’re at it, take a damn shower already. It’s been four days!”

  • KIP MOORE’S FOURTH STUDIO ALBUM “WILD WORLD” WILL BE AVAILABLE MAY 29th.

Kip Moore announced that his highly-anticipated fourth studio album WILD WORLD will be available May 29thand is available for physical pre-order now. Kip also gave his notably fierce fan following a taste of what to expect, releasing the upcoming collection’s title track that “anchors the album,” available to listen here.

Co-writing all but one of WILD WORLD’S insightful tracks, Moore navigates the search to find a place and purpose. Moore admits the result includes a few quirks – but that just gives WILD WORLD the character he values so much. “We wanted it to be more in-your-face,” he says. “More earthy, more analog.”

That straightforward honesty arrives early on the record, starting with the very first song, “Janie Blu,” about a girl who’s always been special, but often stood in her own way – a compassionate, force-of-nature plea to get your head right, before it’s too late. Likewise, the sturdy “Southpaw” stands as a grunge-rocking manifesto for the proudly out of touch, rejecting the notion of “going with the flow” and showcasing just how Moore stands apart in today’s Wild World. Meanwhile, the calming “More Than Enough” presents a better option, blowtorch anthems like the “Fire And Flame” pour gasoline on the quest for greater meaning and “Red White Blue Jean American Dream” flies down an empty highway of optimism.

“I know it’s an unsettling time for a lot of people right now, and so my hope is that this music can bring even just one person some peace,” shared Moore. “I try to make music that reaches people in a pure sense – something that’s light and easy to carry with you, but 1000 pounds of weight at the same time, and I think Wild World is just a depiction of what I see. Life is one crazy, wild ride. But it can be so simple if we look for the right things, and I think that is more important than ever right now.”

    Wild World Track List:
    1. “Janie Blu” (Dan Couch, Kip Moore)
    2. “Southpaw” (Westin Davis, Kip Moore)

  • KIP MOORE OPENS TAB TO PROVIDE MEALS TO PEOPLE WHO NEED THEM AND SHARES WAYS HE’S STAYING HEALTHY.

Kip Moore is doing his part during these trying times, including opening a tab at a local Nashville restaurant, the Wild Cow, to provide free meals for those who are struggling during this time. Kip also teamed up with Eat Well through his foundation Kip’s Kids Fund to provide more than 3,000 meals to kids in North and West Nashville who aren’t receiving the food and nourishment they need during school closures (see video from Eat Well below).

In the meantime, Kip is following the CDC guidelines and self-quarantining himself at his getaway place in Kentucky and spending time eating right, rock climbing, learning Spanish and more.

“I’m doing a lot of the same things I’ve always done to stay healthy. I’m trying to eat right, take care of my body,” says Kip. “But I have followed the guidelines of quarantining myself.

Kip is also making his way up the country charts with his latest song, “She’s Mine.”
