• PARKER MCCOLLUM AND LOUD LEMON ANNOUNCE PARTNERSHIP.

Fast-growing adult beverage brand Loud Lemon has partnered with country music superstar Parker McCollum. What began as an investment at the brand’s inception during Covid has now blossomed into a full-blown collaboration that includes a co-created flavor for the brand’s new line of vodka-based Lemonade Cocktails: a flavor they call Cranberry Sunrise.

Jeff Outlaw, Founder and CEO of Loud Lemon, said the pandemic allowed the brand and Parker to develop a vision for a true partnership. “COVID-19 was an obstacle in many ways, but it gave us and Parker the time to understand each other better and create work that makes sense. Collaborating with Parker to create the new Cranberry Sunrise flavor showcases the truest kind of partnership. We’re lucky and proud to have Parker on our team,” said Outlaw.

Parker McCollum praised Loud Lemon, saying it’s a brand he shares values with and respects. “Their motto is to ‘Live Out Loud,’ and that means celebrating life, being authentic and working hard. When Jeff approached me and Hallie Ray to create the new flavor, we jumped at the chance. Cranberry Sunrise turned out delicious and I’m excited to be part of such a fun, innovative company with such a passionate Founder,” said McCollum.

Outlaw said working with Parker and Hallie Ray on the new flavor was a blast. “We wanted something bold and refreshing for our Lemonade Cocktail line, and Cranberry Sunrise hits all those marks and more. Parker’s attention to detail and business acumen have given me a deeper appreciation for him. He’s a pro in everything he does, except for golf,” said Outlaw.

Golf is one of many mutual interests that bond Outlaw and McCollum. Both are fanatical about the game and incredibly competitive. McCollum is said to play every day while on tour often joined by Outlaw. From the first time they walked onto a golf course together, score and detail has been kept for every round. “It’s really about the camaraderie and fellowship and not so much about who is winning” says Outlaw as McCollum grins and adds “looks like we know who is down a couple matches this year.” Golf will be one area of focus in a very busy activation schedule supporting the partnership.

McCollum, a Conroe, Texas native, is one of country’s biggest rising stars. He just celebrated his third number one since signing with Universal Music Group and MCA Records. He is launching his second album, Never Enough, on the label this month.

“We’re thrilled to be partnering with Parker,” Outlaw said. “He’s a star on stage and in life, he is a brilliant businessman surrounded by amazing people, and there is so much we are going to do together as a team.”

Loud Lemon is a fast-growing adult beverage brand that creates delicious, vodka-based lemonade cocktails perfect for living out loud. Inspired by the motto “Live Out Loud,” Loud Lemon is all about making refreshing drinks for enjoying life’s greatest moments. As a responsible brand, Loud Lemon is committed to promoting responsible drinking and encourages consumers to always drink in moderation. Parker McCollum (fan hopes for Never Enough) OC: …of this one. :39
“You know, if I could have any of my fans take anything from this record, it would just be that he’s still doing the same thing. He’s still just a kid writing songs at heart, and it’s really – it’s really an honest record. It’s pretty vulnerable at times, and I hope they just believe it. After they listen to it, I hope they believe it and…take to it like they have my other records. So, I get kind of nervous when I put out albums because I just want to deliver, and I want them to be happy. I want them to listen. The fans that have been there since day one, they deserve great songs and a great record, and I hope they think that of this one.”

Multi-Platinum MCA Nashville singer/songwriter Parker McCollum toasted the upcoming release of his new album, Never Enough, with a star-studded celebration hosted by Lucchese last night (May 9th) in Frisco, Texas. See photos from the event HERE.

Lucchese teamed up with UMG Nashville and McCollum to thoughtfully transform each space throughout Dee Lincoln Prime, all rooms paying tribute to a track from Never Enough. The “Burn it Down” room featured custom Lucchese candles and cigars, while the “Handle On You” room nodded to the song’s dark bar and whiskey themes with Crown Royal. A “Hurricane” room boasted a southern-Louisiana aesthetic with a raw bar and hurricanes for sipping, and the “Tails I Lose” space was complete with an old school jukebox and disco ball.

Produced by Jon Randall, Never Enough pairs McCollum with some of the most esteemed songwriters from Texas to Music Row on 15 tracks that underscore authenticity, vulnerability, and a little bit of defiance.

Parker is also currently celebrating his third No. 1 single “Handle On You” this week.

  • PARKER McCOLLUM SCORES THIRD NO. 1 SINGLE, “HANDLE ON YOU.”

Parker McCollum has hit the top of the Country Aircheck/Mediabase country chart with his latest smash, “Handle On You.” He co-wrote the gold-certified single with Monty Criswell, and it’s the follow-up to his prior #1 hits — his multi-Platinum debut “Pretty Heart” and Platinum “To Be Loved By You.” “Handle On You” is the lead single from his highly anticipated forthcoming album, Never Enough, out Friday (May 12th).

Parker filmed the video for “Handle On You” back at his family’s ranch in East Texas. While it was a long day of filming, he was able to have fun with the video.

“I’ve done like three music videos out there,” he says. “Any time they’re like they want to film some content of you, I’m like boom, this is an excuse to go to the ranch. If I’m doing a music video it’s an excuse to drive one of my cars, which I really – music videos are kind of a brutal process, they’re pretty boring and they are long days, and so if you can throw in just ripping your Corvette around for an hour or two, it makes it pretty fun. So, I thought the video spoke really well to the song.”

Directed by Jim Wright, the beautifully shot video gives insight into the push and pull of balancing a career that you love but takes you away from home and the people closest to you – striking a middle ground with humble perspective.

“Everybody that wanted to do or pitch a treatment for a music video for ‘Handle On You’ wanted to do it in a bar, and I just said, ‘Man, that’s not my life in a bar anymore. My life is complete chaos 100 miles an hour and then absolute dead silence, and it’s back and forth from one extreme to the other at all times.’ I thought we did a pretty good job in the video kind of showing that,” says Parker.

The Texas native is following up his breakout major label debut, Gold Chain Cowboy, with his forthcoming studio album, Never Enough, out Friday (May 12th).

  • THE WRITING SESSION FOR PARKER McCOLLUM’S “HANDLE ON YOU” STARTED WITH JUST THE TITLE.

Parker McCollum is closing in on the top of the country chart with his latest smash “Handle On You.” He co-wrote the gold-certified song with his buddy Monty Criswell, and he said he loves collaborating with the hit songwriter.

“You know, he had a title ‘Handle On You’ and I don’t like titles. I usually tell them to put their titles away and write from the heart and write something that makes me feel something,” recalls Parker. “But he had the title ‘Handle On You,’ and I just kind of thought it was clever. He kind of caught me on the right day with that one and I said ‘Man, let’s write it.’ It’s kind of an old school country vibe.  So, I just started picking on this melody on my guitar and he really dug it and kind of started that first verse. And he was really the one that kind of started the Tennessee or Kentucky thing and it just kind of went from there.  It’s such a pleasure writing with him. He’s got a crazy talent for writing with an artist and letting them kind of take the lead and write to them, which is really cool.”

“Handle On You” is from his upcoming album, Never Enough, available May 12th.
