BRANDON LAY OWES EVERYTHING IN HIS LIFE TO SPEAKERS, BLEACHERS AND PREACHERS.
Artist
Brandon Lay

Brandon Lay grew up listening to music, playing all kinds of sports and hanging out in church with his father, who was a pastor. All three of those things – Speakers, Bleachers and Preachers – have been his chief influences…and also the title of his debut single.

I feel like growing up in a smaller town and learning a lot of lessons, I feel like either came out of a speaker, you know playing a lot of ball, the bleachers, and obviously in church – my dad was a pastor – the preachers,” says Brandon. “They all three really hit home and made me who I am. I’m still figuring a lot of that out, but hopefully people will be able to relate.”

The Jackson, Tennessee native will hit the road with Kenny Chesney on his 2018 Trip Around the Sun Tour, which launches April 21st in Tampa, Florida.

Sidenote: Brandon recently announced he and his wife, Nicole, were expecting their first child.
