Artist
Brandon Lay

Brandon Lay has released an Amazon Original cover of “Walkaway Joe,” Trisha Yearwood’s 1992 hit featuring Don Henley.

“I decided to record ‘Walkaway Joe,’ just because I think it’s one of those songs that’s gonna be around that my son will discover when he’s 20 and will still love,” says Brandon. “The melody is great. The storyline is great, and I think it’s just so relatable, and it comes from a time where women pretty much dominated the radio and Trisha is such an icon that I knew I couldn’t do it like her but I wanted to do the song justice in my way and hope people dig it because I think that song deserves as much attention as it can get.”

Brandon recently released his single “For My Money.”
