Carrie Underwood has announced she will be going on a book tour next month to support her upcoming book, Find Your Path: Honor Your Body, Fuel Your Soul and Get Strong with the Fit52 Life. She will make stops in Brooklyn (New York), Stamford (Connecticut), Nashville (Tennessee) and L.A. (California).
Carrie’s fans closely follow what she does to stay fit, tracking her workouts and healthy eating tips on social media. As the founder and lead designer of the popular lifestyle and fitness brand CALIA by Carrie Underwood, she believes that fitness is a lifelong journey, and it’s not about perfection. Her Fit52 program, which she shares with readers in this book, is a sustainable, common-sense approach to staying active, eating well, and looking as beautiful as you feel—52 weeks a year.
“I want to be healthy and fit 52 weeks of the year, but that doesn’t mean I have to be perfect every day,” she says. “This philosophy is a year-round common-sense approach to health and fitness that involves doing your best most of the time — and by that I don’t mean being naughty for three days and good for four. I mean doing your absolute best most of the time during every week, 52 weeks of the year.”
Carrie is currently making her way up the country charts with her latest song, “Drinking Alone.”
