David Nail may not have written his new single, “Whatever She’s Got,” but it totally describes what he feels for his wife, Catherine. “When I think it’s the right person, they just have a way of looking at you. There’s times when she drives me crazy and I want to get mad at her so bad. We both say things that we shouldn’t say to each other, and it’s kind of silly ‘cause you know the next day it’s all going to be fine,” says David. “I’ve always said you know it’s the right person when they can see you at your worst, and they still love you the next day.”
“Whatever She’s Got” is the first single from David’s forthcoming album, due early next year.

“You know, when I think it’s the right person, they just have a way of looking at you. There’s times when she drives me crazy and I want to get mad at her so bad. We both say things that we shouldn’t say to each other, and it’s kind of silly ‘cause you know the next day it’s all going to be fine, and you kinda probably should just stop in the middle of your fight and be like why are we wasting our time. We know tomorrow, we’re gonna wake up and say, ‘Let’s just forget it.’ I’ve always said you know it’s the right person when they can see you at your worst, and they still love you the next day.”
