EMI Records Nashville country artist Eric Paslay received his first GRAMMY nomination Monday (December 7th) as a recording artist in the Best Country Duo/Groupcategory for “The Driver.”  The song is performed by Lady Antebellum’s Charles Kelley, featuring Eric and Dierks Bentley, and was written by Charles, Eric and Abe Stoklasa.”I’m so honored to share my first Grammy nomination as a recording artist with my buddies Charles and Dierks,” shared Eric.

Eric was previously nominated for a GRAMMY in 2013 as a songwriter in the Best Country Song category for his co-penned hit “Even If It Breaks Your Heart” recorded by the Eli Young Band.Eric’s current solo single, “High Class,” is from his highly-anticipated sophomore album due out in 2016.
