Capitol Nashville’s Caylee Hammack is gearing up for the holiday season with the release of two Christmas covers, “Hard Candy Christmas” and “Christmas (Baby Please Come Home).” The first, “Hard Candy Christmas,” was released October 28th and can be streamed HERE. “Christmas (Baby Please Come Home)” drops today – to listen, click HERE.
Both tracks highlight Hammack’s “power-packed voice.” (PEOPLE) and ability to convey emotions with her vocals. Originally made famous by the legendary Dolly Parton, Hammack puts her own spin on the melancholy, nostalgic “Hard Candy Christmas.” In contrast, Hammack offers a light-hearted, upbeat version of “Christmas (Baby Please Come Home)” with her own unique twist.
In addition to her new Christmas releases, Hammack was recently featured on several tracks from Ashley McBryde’s Lindeville including “Brenda Put Your Bra On,” “Bonfire at Tina’s,” and “When Will I Be Loved.” Hammack will perform alongside McByrde, Brandy Clark, John Osborne, and Pillbox Patti at this year’s CMA Awards on November 9th.
