George Strait is set to release The Cowboy Rides Away: Live from AT&T Stadium on Tuesday (September 16th). The 20-track live album, recorded at his historic final show in June, features the King’s performances with such artists as Jason Aldean, Kenny Chesney, Eric Church, Sheryl Crow, Vince Gill, Faith Hill, Alan Jackson, Miranda Lambert and Martina McBride, as well as a performance with his son George “Bubba” Strait, Jr. on “Arkansas Dave,” a song he wrote for his famous dad.

Coming up with the set list for this special show was easier than he thought! “For this show, the song list was a little bit easier to come up with because I just asked the other artists to pick two songs that they wanted to do of mine,” says George. “And so once I had that list, that was like 18 songs, then I got to pick all my favorite ones. [laughs]”
