NASHVILLE, Tenn. (April 15, 2015) – The quintessential country music troubadour George Strait releases his brand new single, “Let It Go,” to country radio this Monday, April 20. “Let It Go” is the first new music released by Strait since his No. 1-debuting 2013 album, Love Is Everything, and is the first new music since Strait returned to the studio following his historic, two-year The Cowboy Rides Away Tour.
Written by George Strait, Bubba Strait and Keith Gattis, “Let It Go” is the laid-back lead single off Strait’s upcoming studio album on longtime label home, MCA Records Nashville. WYCD’s Tim Roberts calls the song “another pure country hit for radio and for real country fans.”
