32 Bridge Entertainment/EMI Records Nashville’s Jon Langston released an acoustic cover of Alan Jackson’s “Don’t Rock The Jukebox” this Saturday, marking the anniversary of the song hitting No. 1 on July 6, 1991. Growing up in Loganville, GA, only an hour from Alan’s hometown of Newnan, Langston’s cover of the song is a nod to one of his most important musical influences and one of his childhood heroes. “When I was a kid, my granddaddy gave me my first country CD, Who I Am by Alan Jackson. Alan Jackson is the reason I fell in love with country music,” recalls Langston.

Additionally, Langston released his official music video for “Dance Tonight” on June 26. The video features Langston performing in a bar where a guy finds himself daydreaming up a scenario of approaching a girl across the room. As he comes back to reality, the song closes out giving him the confidence to turn his imagined romance into reality.

Langston is currently on the road with Luke Bryan as part of his Sunset Repeat Tour, and he just released his new single, “Now You Know,” which goes for adds at country radio on July 22. To learn more about Jon Langston, check out www.jonlangston.com for new music, tour dates, and more.
