Jon Pardi performed his song “It Happens All the Time” from his debut album, Write a Song, on ABC’s The Bachelorette on Monday (June 2nd) during a dance scene between Andi Dorfman on a one-on-one date at Mohegan Sun’s hot spot, Mist.
Jon says he really wouldn’t be interested in being on The Bachelor, since everything is filmed and there is absolutely no privacy. “If you’re gonna be on that show, nothing’s private,” he says. “There’s no getting around the bushes here and keeping it private, because everybody wants to know – like the stuff they have to go through – telling girls, making girls crazy and make ‘em cry?!”
The California native is climbing the country charts with his latest single, “What I Can’t Put Down.”

Jon Pardi (The Bachelor) OC: …make ‘em cry. :22
“I watched [The Bachelor] ‘cause we were going on The Bachelorette, I watched The Bachelor. And the Juan Pablo guy, he should be the poster boy of what not to do on The Bachelor. I mean he handled it, I got what he was trying to say, but if you’re gonna be on that show, nothing’s private. There’s no getting around the bushes here and keeping it private, because everybody wants to know – like the stuff they have to go through – telling girls, making girls crazy and make ‘em cry?!”
