Keith Urban has had a busy few days. He finished up his free noon time concert in Nashville at the Bridgestone Arena plaza on Monday (May 9th) and flew straight to the West Coast so he could be the honorary PA announcer at the Los Angeles Dodgers game against the New York Mets.
He got to the stadium in time for batting practice, where he spoke with Mets manager Terry Collins, and according to MLB.com, the two had “a spirited conversation.” He met up with a few of the Dodgers’ players before announcing the teams starting lineup, followed by a visit with the legendary Tommy LaSorda.
Keith is on a cross-country promotional trip…and cross-country again…to promote his new album, Ripcord, which features two No. 1 singles — “John Cougar, John Deere, John 3:16” and “Break on Me” — as well as his latest summer hit, “Wasted Time.”
Keith will launch his ripCord World Tour 2016 June 2nd in Kansas City, Missouri.
