Brooks and Dunn, Ray Stevens and Jerry Bradley were officially inducted into the Country Music Hall of Fame during the annual Medallion ceremony on Sunday (October 20th), and the stars came out to pay tribute to these legends.

Luke Bryan, Brothers Osborne, Trisha Yearwood and Reba McEntire honored Kix and Ronnie. John and TJ Osborne performed the duo’s “Brand New Man,” while Luke turned in their 2003 hit, “Red Dirt Road.” Luke has not only cited Ronnie as one of his vocal idols, but also recalled how Kix reached out to him when his sister passed away when he was just a newcomer.

“It was Kix Brooks on the phone,” Luke said, “just telling me he was sorry about our loss. And I never will forget it.”
