  • DIERKS BENTLEY’S REFLECTIVE VIDEO FOR “BURNING MAN” PREMIERES ON ESQUIRE.

Current three-time CMA nominee Dierks Bentley unveils the official music video for his Top 20 single “Burning Man” (featuring Brothers Osborne) today with Esquire. Longtime director and collaborator Wes Edwards intertwines Bentley’s musical and personal evolution with California’s Salton Sea as the backdrop.

“This song is a personal reflection and it was important to me that you feel that with the video,” said Bentley. “The Bros and I flew out to the desert in July to shoot this…several people on the crew had heat strokes, two cars got stuck in the sand and we had to have a rattlesnake wrangler with us at all times…but we got the shots!”

Fusing propulsive beats with booming vocals and guitars to describing a restless spirit with his feet firmly on the ground, the earthy cinematography behind the “Burning Man” music video features Bentley and Brothers Osborne across rugged terrains, giving a “rousing ode to middle-aged duality” (Paste). Nominated for CMA “Musical Event of the Year” along with his CMA nods for “Album” and “Male Vocalist,” Bentley’s latest single proves why he is “one of the format’s leading, male hit-makers” (NPR) who manifests “authenticity in every component” (PEOPLE).

“A driving rocker about the aimlessness and imperfections of being human.” – Rolling Stone

“The harmony the three men created during the song  – emphasized the dichotomy so many men face.” – CMT

Reaching a new creative high, he co-wrote 10 of THE MOUNTAIN’s (Capitol Records Nashville) 13 tracks, which earned him the highest debut sales  of his career and became his seventh chart-topping album. Bentley has amassed billions of digital streams, countless nominations from the  ACMs, Billboard Music Awards and more while earning 13  GRAMMY  nominations – including at least one stemming from each of his last six albums. After hosting capacity crowds throughout the summer during his 2018 MOUNTAIN HIGH TOUR where “expectations were instantly met and exceeded” (Arizona Republic) Bentley will wrap the run this weekend with stops in San Diego, CA (10/12) before Los Angeles, CA’s Hollywood Bowl (10/13). • ERIC CHURCH LET THE CREATIVITY HAPPEN ON HIS NEW ALBUM, DESPERATE MAN.

Eric Church released his new album, Desperate Man, on Friday (October 5th), and while he felt the need to make an album, he didn’t want to rush the process.

“Everyone approached this initially as we need to make an album. We have to make a record, and I don’t believe you can ever make a record when you walk in going, ‘I have to make a record.’ I don’t think it works that way. Ever. Historically,” says Eric. “I think you just have to get in there, you have to tune your guitar and play nothing for three days. You gotta vibe it. You gotta feel it. And I think one that we don’t do very well these days is we don’t just let it happen. We don’t let the creativity happen. And I think for this album, Mr. Misunderstood and this one in our entire career, have been the most creative albums. We just let it happen. We walked in with less of plan than we have in the past, and we let the plan develop.”

Eric will kick off his new Double Down Tour January 18th and 19th in Omaha, Nebraska.

  • ADAM HAMBRICK RELEASES DEBUT SINGLE “ROCKIN’ ALL NIGHT LONG.”

Capitol Records Nashville / Buena Vista Records’ Adam Hambrick released his debut single “Rockin’ All Night Long” today and will hit country radio this Monday (October 1st). Listen HERE. Joining a star-studded roster of artists including Carrie Underwood, Keith Urban, Luke Bryan and many more, Adam is the first new artist signed to the Capitol Records Nashville label imprint in over five years.

Written by Adam along with Kelly Archer, and Pete Good, the nostalgic tune was inspired while Adam was rocking his daughter to sleep one night and thinking about how many of his favorite memories happened late into the night. “Rockin’ All Night Long” tells a reminiscent story marking the milestone moments from young adulthood to parenthood and pays homage to Don McClean’s 1971 hit “American Pie.”

“Rockin’ All Night Long” has already received praise from top country radio programmers.

“This guy is crazy gifted and a good human, PD’s need to pay attention to this one.”

    – Gator Harrison, SVP of Programming – iHeart Media Nashville

“After one listen to “Rockin’ All Night Long” all I wanted to do was go home and hug my girls. Perfect tune for Adam to come out of the gate with.”

    – Pat Brannan, KYGO

Adam will perform to a sold-out Ryman Auditorium, opening for Brett Young on October 10, marking the first time he will play the historic venue. Adam has had numerous cuts for other artists including Miranda Lambert and Eli Young Band, as well as, No. 1 hits for Dan + Shay (“How Not To”) and Justin Moore (“Somebody Else Will”).

Adam grew up in between Mississippi and Arkansas, influenced by artists such as Alan Jackson, Garth Brooks, John Mayer and The Foo Fighters. From an early age, Adam’s musical roots were grounded in the church singing hymns with his family, where his dad was a Baptist pastor and his mom played piano. After graduating from the University of Central Arkansas, the singer-songwriter made an appearance on Good Morning Arkansas where fellow Arkansas-native and country star Justin Moore happened to be watching and was impressed by Adam’s unique voice and distinctive songs. After spending more than a year making the drive from Arkansas to Tennessee for writing sessions, Adam made the permanent move to Nashville in 2013 to pursue music full-time. Since then, Adam has continued to hone his songwriting and vocal skills, while performing live with artists including Jordan Davis, LANCO and more. Adam is currently in the studio working on his debut album with producers Andrew DeRoberts (James Blunt) and Paul DiGiovanni (Blake Shelton).

The UK’s Music Week says, “While it is with a reasonable degree of certainty that artists will typically herald their latest album as their most personal to date, in Underwood’s case that claim has authenticity…Underwood’s career stands as an exemplar of how to do everything right.”

In the coming weeks Underwood will have several performances including the 2018 American Music Awards airing on ABC, where she is also nominated as Favorite Female Artist – Country. Her performance on Jimmy Kimmel LIVE! will air on October 9 following the AMA broadcast.  She is also being honored and will perform live at the 2018 CMT Artists of the Year special on October 17, which is dedicated to the women of Country music – past, present and future.  The following week she will join with the Grand Ole Opry in the fight against breast cancer on October 26, performing two shows for the special 10th Annual “Opry Goes Pink.”  On November 14, she and Brad Paisley will co-host the CMA Awards for the 11th consecutive year.  Later that week, she will be inducted into the Oklahoma Hall of Fame.

The critically-acclaimed album is the best-selling Country album debut of 2018. Cry Pretty’s debut week also marks the most first week streams by any female in Country music. This is Underwood’s seventh consecutive album to debut at No. 1 on the Top Country Albums chart, representing all of her first seven albums including her Greatest Hits: Decade #1.

The album is Underwood’s first release on Capitol Records Nashville and her first time co-producing alongside David Garcia.  She co-wrote nine of the songs on the album including her current single, “Love Wins,” with David Garcia and Brett James.

“It’s our 10th anniversary of the Farm Tour. We’ve been able to have a lot of amazing memories and we’ve been able to give some scholarships to kids through the Farm Tour. You know, there’s nothing better than watching 15, 20,000 people in a hayfield have fun and listen to country music.”

Luke Bryan (Farm Tour 2018) 2 OC: …every year. :56
“We’ve laid out of Georgia a couple of years, and my Georgia crowd they were not happy about that, so we finally got one back in Ringgold. We’ve got Chase Rice out, we’ve got the Peach Pickers and we’ve got Jon Langston on all the shows. And yeah, we’re doing the first one ever in Ohio. We’re in Illinois this year. We’re in Iowa, and then we’re down in Florida also. So, we do Florida, North Augusta in South Carolina and then we do Georgia. So, we kinda got the Southeast handled, and we got the Midwest handled. So, we like to just spread ‘em around and we may lay out of Iowa one year and then go down to Nebraska. We just kinda keep it fun. We did eight shows a year for a long time, and we learned that was a lot of work and I didn’t really sound good on the last, on the eighth, the seventh and eighth show I was pretty tired. So, we just trimmed it back to six, and it makes it fun and fresh and we love the Farm Tour every year.”
