• BROTHERS OSBORNE HEAD HOME TO SHOOT MUSIC VIDEO. (AUDIO)

Growing up in the water town of Deale, Maryland, John and T.J. Osborne (Brothers Osborne) and their friends knew how to “get away” from the blue collar grind without spending a lot of money. They’d just create their own little paradise…just like the lyrics say in their single, “Rum.”

“Lucky folks go to the ocean/The lake’s for the landlocked ones/We got a tarp in a truck bed/A kiddie pool/A slip and sled/Let that garden hose run” are familiar vestiges of their childhood. So, the brothers included them – and spotlighted their hometown – in the video for “Rum.”

“We went back to our hometown of Deale, Maryland, just to kind of give people a little bird’s eye view of what it’s like where we come from,” says T.J. “We also wanted people to realize what really the perspective of ‘Rum’ was, which wasn’t sitting on the beach. It was about really from the perspective of being in our hometown which is very blue collar, a lot of people who don’t have money to go to the beach, so they kind of make their own little moments and their own paradise.”

The clip for “Rum” should hit video outlets in the coming weeks.

The brothers, who are making their way up the country charts, recently made Rolling Stone Country’s 10 New Artists You Need to Know: Summer 2014!

Bros. Osborne (Rum video) OC: …looks good. :34
“We went back to our hometown of Deale, Maryland, just to kind of give people a little bird’s eye view of what it’s like where we come from. A lot of people are confused that we got into country music being from Maryland, and they don’t realize how country it is up there. So, we wanted people to kind of see that, and we also wanted people to realize what really the perspective of ‘Rum’ was, which wasn’t sitting on the beach. It was about really from the perspective of being in our hometown which is very blue collar, a lot of people who don’t have money to go to the beach, so they kind of make their own little moments and their own paradise. And so, we just really wanted to emulate that. We’re actually waiting to get the video back, so hopefully, it looks good.”

NASHVILLE, Tenn. (Friday, June 20, 2014) – Just in time for summer, Capitol’s Luke Bryan offers fans a beach-themed new music video premiering today exclusively on People.com  http://www.people.com/people/article/0,,20827383,00.html#vid for his upcoming single, “Roller Coaster.” “Roller Coaster” impacts country radio July 14th and follows Bryan’s four-week No. 1 smash hit “Play It Again,” the fourth back-to-back No. 1 for the star off his double platinum-selling album, Crash My Party.

The “Roller Coaster” video, shot while Bryan was in Panama City Beach, Florida for his annual Spring Break blowout, was directed by Bryan’s longtime LBTV videographer, Michael Monaco.

Luke Bryan (Roller Coaster) OC: …’Rollercoaster.’ :51
“‘Rollercoaster’ is what I feel like is just a dang, just a masterpiece from front to back. It has all the levels of going back to young love and that feeling of sitting on the beach and young love that you lost, that you’ve let slip through your hands. And so many people have done that, and the way they hook it, ‘girl, you’ve got me twisted like an old beach rollercoaster,’ is just when you hear that line snap down in me, it’s just chill bump city, a visual city. You could see them living that scene of having to part ways with one another.  Man, it’s powerful! The second I heard it, I knew I was going to cut it. I drove right over to my producer’s house, I said, ‘This is one for the album,’ and we never even once wavered on whether or not to record ‘Rollercoaster.’”

  • DIERKS BENTLEY RECORDS THEME SONG FOR BIKER BATTLEGROUND: PHOENIX, A NEW SHOW ON THE HISTORY CHANNEL. (VIDEO)

Dierks Bentley recently recorded “Ride On,” the featured song for the new History Channel series, Biker Battleground: Phoenix. The show will premiere July 1st at 10pm ET on The History Channel.

    The series’ description is:

Phoenix, Arizona—where the country’s top motorcycle builders compete day and night. It’s a dog-eat-dog world, where buyers are willing to pay upwards of $150,000 for a fully-customized, one-of-a-kind ride. Biker Battleground Phoenix follows the temperamental and talented bad boys of the bike business. In their world, showcases are for pride and bragging rights, competition is cutthroat and money talks. When egos and passion collide, the aftershocks echo across town.

They don’t follow trends–they set them. No tactic is off limits and no move is too corrupt. From stealing ideas and poaching employees to public bashing on social media, these guys will do whatever it takes to give themselves and their shops the ultimate edge over the rest.

Check out the behind-the-scenes music video of Dierks recording the song, “Ride On,” below.

In the meantime, Dierks is speeding up the charts with his latest single, “Drunk On a Plane.”
