Shania Twain

Shania Twain follows up her two-year residency in Las Vegas that wrapped in December with her Rock This Country Tour, kicking off Friday in Seattle, Washington, and she’s really looking forward to the spontaneous aspects of tour.

For the past few weeks, she’s been hard at work in Las Vegas rehearsing her songs, prepping her set and more for the launch of the tour, which will feature such hits as “Man! I Feel Like a Woman,” “(If You’re Not In It For Love) I’m Outta Here,” “From This Moment On” and “You’re Still the One,” among others.

“It will be more spontaneous for sure, and that’s exhilarating. So, I look forward to that. I look forward to even more flexibility and more spontaneity in the show,” says Shania. “The production will be entirely different than what we did in Vegas, because now we have more options being in a different type of space that we can explore and play around with, so I’m going to have fun with that, and, also just, again reconnecting with a bigger audience and the vibe of that. It’s a bit more of a party atmosphere.”

As she previously announced, this will be her final tour.

Shania recently released her Still the Love: Live From Vegas CD & DVD collection, which was from her two-year residency at Caesar’s Palace.

Shania Twain (Tour) 1 OC: …every night. [laughs] :46
“There are more variables when you’re on tour with a  show, so every night is different . There’s nothing static about it. There’s always going to be variables that are gonna happen. There are more things that are unexpected. It will be more spontaneous for sure, and that’s exhilarating. So, I look forward to that. I look forward to even more flexibility and more spontaneity in the show. The production will be entirely different than what we did in Vegas, because now we have more options being in a different type of space that we can explore and play around with, so I’m going to have fun with that. And, also just, again reconnecting with a bigger audience and the vibe of that. It’s a bit more of a party atmosphere, I guess. You know, it’s like a party every night.” [laughs]
