TRAVIS DENNING RECALLS SEEING THE ALLMAN BROTHERS LIVE IN CONCERT.
Artist
Travis Denning

Travis Denning has made no secret of his love for The Allman Brothers, citing the Southern Rock band as one of his main influences. The band was important (and still is) to him, but also to his family.

“I’ll never forget my dad pulled me out of class on a Wednesday and taken me down to Florida so we could go see them at a musical festival. That’s how important it was to me and my dad and my mom and my family. So much of their music shines through what I do. I mean, I love to play guitar, I love hearing two guitars at the same time, and I can’t help but crank out the blues a little bit every now and then. It all leads back to them.”

Travis has hit the charts with his latest song, “After a Few,” which he performed at this past weekend’s Stagecoach Festival in Indio, California. He makes his way to Salt Lake City for a show this Thursday (May 2nd).
