Jon Pardi and Brothers Osborne have both won ACM Awards…nearly three weeks before the actual show. Jon was named New Male Vocalist of the Year, while John and TJ Osborne earned the title of New Vocal Duo or Group of the Year (presented by T-Mobile). Maren Morris was also named New Female Vocalist of the Year.
Brothers Osborne, the reigning CMA Vocal Duo of the Year, learned of their win during a show in the U-K before their return to the States. “The amount of love we’re feeling from our dear friends in the country music community is indescribable,” they shared on their socials. “Thanks to each and every one of you for this and for always encouraging us to stay the course. We will never, for the rest of our lives, take these moments for granted. God bless y’all and God bless country music!”
Jon took to his socials to say, “WOW! This is freaking awesome!!! Thanks ACM – Academy of Country Music!!!”
They will all perform on the show, joining previously announced performers Dierks Bentley, Luke Bryan, Lady Antebellum, Little Big Town, Jason Aldean, Miranda Lambert and Florida Georgia Line with the Backstreet Boys.
The 52nd Academy of Country Music Awards, hosted by Dierks and Luke, will be broadcast live from the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas on April 2nd at 8pm ET/delayed PT on CBS.
