Also in Reba McEntire news, a premiere date has been set for her Lifetime TV movie, The Hammer. She stars as a traveling judge who takes over a district in Nevada and helps to solve a murder AND clear her sister’s name. Reba’s boyfriend, Rex Linn, who also stars with her in ABC’s Big Sky: Deadly Trails, is featured in the TV show, as well as one of her best friends, Melissa Peterman. Reba McEntire’s The Hammer will air January 7th at 8pm ET on Lifetime.
Darius Rucker has released the lyric video for his version of “You’re a Mean One, Mr. Grinch” from his 2014 Christmas album, Home For The Holidays.
The War and Treaty will perform during the ABC special, CMA Country Christmas, Thursday (December 8th) beginning at 9pm ET/8pm CT. The special also features performances by host Carly Pearce, Maren Morris, Dan + Shay, Old Dominion and Scotty McCreery, among others.
