  • DIERKS BENTLEY HITS “GOLD” AT COUNTRY RADIO WITH MOST ADDED SONG THIS WEEK.

Dierks Bentley has the most added song at Country Radio today, with more than 80 stations on-board at add date for “Gold.”  Focusing on gratitude, presence and the treasures to be found in the moment that you are in, “Gold” sets the tone for Dierks’ 10th LP, arriving early next year. The song has already become a standout during his current BEERS ON ME TOUR and is available here.

Bentley’s new single showcases why he “is indeed one of Country music’s biggest stars” (TODAY). While he’s long been a Music Row standout for devotion to his roots in classic Country and bluegrass, Bentley has never been so free to infuse his passions into music destined for the competitive commercial Country arena. As part of TODAY’s Hitmaker Series, watch Bentley share the deeper meaning of the track and his chart-topping career here.

“Dierks Bentley returns with a jam session vibe on his latest release, and his raspy vocal gives grit to these lyrics that find the sunshine even amid life’s darkest storms.” – Billboard

“Cranks up the energy in a way that’s calibrated to get beers raised at summer concerts.” – Rolling Stone

“Incorporates familiar Country electric guitar tones with driving riffs, acoustic guitars and a happy, infectious melody for a track that feels like a relatable and readymade hit for Country music audiences.” – CMT

“A life anthem that perfectly melds heart-on-sleeve lyrical candor with an infectiously jaunty melody.” – Taste of Country

“Bentley always releases music that is authentic to him, and ‘Gold’ is no exception…it’s refreshing to hear that someone of Bentley’s stature sings about finding the deeper meaning to life.” – The Nash News

That 10th album landmark speaks to how time has flown in Bentley’s unique, 21st-century career. He landed his first publishing deal in 2001 and released his debut album in 2003, producing an instant No. One single. The years since have revealed a rare consistency that’s fueled longevity – eight more albums that reached the top of the Country sales charts, resulting in 21 No. One songs, 6.4 billion streams, three CMA Awards, 14 GRAMMY® nominations and membership into the Grand Ole Opry. Trendy sounds have ebbed and flowed around him over these two decades, but fans have relied on Bentley for something more nourishing and individual. The new single “Gold” promises a landmark album that will build on that enviable legacy. Fans can currently find Bentley out on his BEERS ON ME TOUR leading into his SEVEN PEAKS MUSIC FESTIVAL over Labor Day Weekend (Sept 2-4) in Villa Grove, CO. He also has created professional endeavors outside of the music with his Flag & Anthem lifestyle collection Desert Son, along with his “Dierks Bentley’s Whiskey Row” franchise hosting four locations. Travis Denning today releases his six-song EP, MIGHT AS WELL BE ME, available HERE. The project is crafted for the stage with all of Denning’s hard-charging energy and mischief-making signatures intact, but it also captures an artist maturing.

Travis will be celebrating the release of his brand new EP Might As Well Be Me at Ole Red in Nashville on Monday Night (August 8th) at 6pm. Fans can attend in person or join the party through the livestream here.

The EP will also feature Denning’s new song,“Buy A Girl A Drink,” available HERE. Co-written by Denning with Jeremy Stover, Paul DiGiovanni and Chase McGill, the candlelit confession features Denning’s most tender lyricism to date.

IT MIGHT AS WELL BE ME will also include the previously released track “She’s On It,” a thoughtful track that contemplates a mistake that can’t be fixed. With the nostalgia-tinged “River Named Mississippi,” Denning is in all new territory. “Red Round Here,” is a rollicking roadhouse banger and the serene “If You Need Anything Down Here” finds Denning pledging undying support to a fallen friend.

    2. River Named Mississippi

Denning first made waves with the release of his Top 40 debut single “David Ashley Parker From Powder Springs.” Denning has previously headlined his own “Heartbeat Of A Small Town Tour,” toured with Cole Swindell, Dustin Lynch, Alan Jackson, Riley Green and is currently out on the road this summer with Dierks Bentley and will join Jake Owen this fall. Travis Denning (Buy A Girl A Drink) 1 OC: …we did. :37
“We wrote this song and ‘Buy a Girl a Drink’ and obviously it was easy to spill out on a
page because it’s my life with my fiancee and Chase McGill with his wife and Paul and Jeremy
the co-writers, we were all able to tap into that. I think we did it in the most guy-way possible.
Sometimes it’s really tough to sit there and spill it out, but when you start talking about buying a
girl a drink and where it can take you, we can all look back on our relationships and see every
little spot and every little cornerstone that got us to where we are and that’s what we did.”

  • PARKER McCOLLUM RELEASES HIS NEW SINGLE, “HANDLE ON YOU.”

One of Nashville’s brightest new stars, Parker McCollum, has released his latest single, “Handle On You,” available now. Written by Parker and Monty Criswell, the woeful track about reeling from a doomed relationship captures the all-too relatable emotions of grappling with trying to let go of someone you loved.

“‘Handle On You’ is a song I wrote with my buddy Monty Criswell before Hallie and I were back together, and I was really going through it and I was drinking quite a bit and staying up all night trying to write sad country songs,” says Parker. “I wasn’t really writing anything at the time and woke up real late one day and Monty came over and he had this title called ‘Handle On You,’ and I said, ‘Man, I’ve kind of been trying to get a handle on her,’ and I was really kind of living that at the time. It’s a super honest song, and it really means a lot to me when I listen to it and think back on that time on what I was going through. You know, I was drinking to try to get out of a bad spot which is never gonna work, but I don’t regret it at all because we wrote ‘Handle On You’ from literally living exactly what that song’s about.”

The song is the follow-up to his two chart-topping hits, “Pretty Heart” and “To Be Loved By You.”

Recently, McCollum made another childhood dream come true by opening for Country music legend, George Strait, at his show in Kansas City, MO on July 30th. Alongside Chris Stapleton and Little Big Town, McCollum fired up the crowd for one unforgettable show with “The King” of Country.

Since exploding onto the Country music scene in 2020 with his critically acclaimed and top-selling debut Country EP of the year, Hollywood Gold EP, McCollum has achieved two #1 singles (the Double-Platinum selling, “Pretty Heart,” and its follow-up single, “To Be Loved By You,”) made his Grand Ole Opry debut, broke records at the iconic Texas venue Whitewater Amphitheater – selling out a three-night engagement, performed for a sold-out crowd for his debut at RODEOHOUSTON and earned his first ACM Award for New Male Artist of the Year and his first CMT Award for “Breakthrough Video of the Year.”
