• LUKE BRYAN PREMIERES BRAND NEW SINGLE, “COUNTRY ON,” AT COUNTRY RADIO.

Five-time Entertainer of the Year Luke Bryan is premiering a brand-new single at country radio today, “Country On.” The song, written by Mark Nesler, David Frasier, Mitch Oglesby, and Styles Haury, produced by Jeff Stevens and co-produced by Jody Stevens and featuring Sarah Buxton on background vocals, lands just in time for America’s Independence Day. Luke teases this is the first of more new music he is currently working on. “Country On” is available at all digital retailers HERE.

“I love that the song uplifts the hardworking American people out there, and it brings a lot of unity,” shared Luke. “It just has feel-good vibes all the way around it and anytime you can reference country music fans in a song, and you can really make it feel natural, it’s great. And this song does just that.”

Being the son of an American farmer and growing a few crops of his own, the five-time Entertainer of the Year understands the hard work, blood, sweat and tears it takes, and he says the first line of “Country On” drew him to the song right away.

“When you hear, ‘Hey Farm Boy…’ I mean that certainly spoke to me right off the bat, and the fact that we were able to put so many different aspects of the way, the country American way of life out there, and I felt like this song really, really nailed it,” says Luke. “It was something that really spoke to my heart and being able to put it out in the heart of summer, right against the Fourth of July, I feel it’s gonna talk to, speak to a lot of people out there.”

You can find audio of the song below, as well as audio and liners here on “Country On.”

The release of “Country On” follows Luke’s stellar track record at country radio with 29 career #1 singles and 17.2 Billion worldwide streams.

Earlier this week, he shot the music video for “Country On” in downtown Nashville and featured Metro Nashville Police Officers and other first responders.

Next week, Luke will continue his RAISED UP RIGHT TOUR after the July 4th holiday with shows in Virginia Beach, Virginia, Raleigh, North Carolina and Atlanta, Georgia with 30+ cities before wrapping in late October with Riley Green and Mitchell Tenpenny.

Raised Up Right Tour Schedule HERE.

“My favorite place to be is on stage performing to country music fans,” Bryan said. “So thankful every night when I walk out on that stage and know you are there to have a blast along beside me. It never gets old.”

  • KYLIE MORGAN HAS RELEASED HER DEBUT SINGLE, “IF HE WANTED TO HE WOULD.”

Kylie Morgan has released her debut radio single, “If He Wanted To He Would,” which she co-wrote with Zandi Holup and Ben Johnson. An upbeat anthem with in-your-face honesty, “If He Wanted To He Would” shipped today, hitting airwaves with an official add date of July 25th.

“’If He Wanted To He Would’ is a very, very special song to me for many reasons,” she says. “But I really believe that in today’s world, dating is so different than it used to be first of all, and I just miss the remember when you had to walk up to someone and actually start a conversation rather than like being able to swipe left and right, and I just feel like everyone in the dating world, especially in 2022 now is just doing the bare minimum. Do you remember when you had to buy a girl flowers to even go on the first date? Remember that was a thing? I feel like everyone is treating dating and loving in general as such a convenience rather than an effort, and I feel like ‘If He Wanted To He Would’ is that reminder for, especially girls, set your standards high and don’t lower them just because it’s convenient for someone else. Know what you’re worth and continue to just love yourself through that and rock that.”

Kylie serves it up straight with lyrics including: If he loved you he would tell you, If he missed you he would call, If he wants you to meet his momma, Then he would bring you home.

Just ‘cause he liked your old picture

Don’t mean he’s stuck on the past

Just ‘cause he talks to your brother

    Don’t mean he’s still attached

    Just ‘cause he’s drunk at 2 a.m.

Texts, “Hey what’s up girl, how you been?”

Don’t read too much into that

Don’t mean he wants you back

    Chorus:

If he loved you, he would tell you

If he missed you, he would call

If he wants you to meet his momma

Then he would bring you home

    Oh, there ain’t no excuse

    He ain’t mister misunderstood

    Quit lying to yourself

If he wanted to, he would

If he wanted to, he would

Just ‘cause he said, happy birthday

Don’t waste a wish on him

    Don’t psychoanalyze him

Make it more than what it is

He won’t suddenly be the somebody

    You wish he always was

If he didn’t, then he doesn’t

If he wouldn’t, then he wasn’t

    Repeat Chorus

He might’ve set the bar low

But might keep your standards high

Ain’t telling you nothing you don’t know

You know he ain’t worth your time

    Repeat Chorus

If he wanted to, he would

If he wanted to, he would

If he wanted to, he would

Kylie also just released her brand new EP, P.S., the follow-up to her previous EP, Love, Kylie. With each track telling a chapter of her story, Kylie co-penned all seven songs, produced by Shane McAnally and Ben Johnson.

  • LUKE BRYAN RELEASES NEW SINGLE, “COUNTRY ON.”

Luke Bryan has released his new single, “Country On.” The tune, written by David Frasier, Styles Haury, Mark Nesler and Mitch Oglesby, is an anthemic tribute to hardworking men and women.

Luke says one of the biggest inspirations behind recording the song is one of the songwriters, Mark Nesler. “One of the biggest inspirations behind the song, ‘Country On,’ is one of the songwriters, a guy named Mark Nesler who sang the demo,” says Luke. “I’ve always loved his voice. He’s just got one of my favorite artist voices, songwriter voices I’ve ever heard, and when I heard him perform ‘Country On,’ and the way he sold it in the demo, to me, it just spoke to me. And all I wanted to do was capture what Mark Nesler was able to capture when he recorded the demo. It spoke to me, and I think it’s gonna speak to a lot of people out there.”

Hey, farm boy, keep dropping that plow
Bailing that hay, feeding them cows
From the rooster crow ’til another long day is gone
    Country on

Hey, big rig, keep clocking them miles
Pulling that horn, making us smile
Rolling that load down the road all night long
    Country on

Hey, cowboy, keep slinging that rope
Eating that dirt, wearing that gold
Break a leg, rodeo, but just don’t break no bones
    Country on

Hey, barkeep, how ’bout another round
Keep the neon lit in this crazy town
    Just pour a little more
    Country on
    Country on, yeah, country on

Hey fireman, boys and girls in blue
We could sure use a lot more like you
You come running in anytime anything goes wrong
    Country on

Hey soldier, wherever you might be
Hats off to keeping us free
All our thoughts and prayers ’til you get back home
    Country on

Hey, hometown, keep throwing that ball
Raise ‘em outside, hang a fish on the wall
They only stay little so long, so love ‘em up strong
    Country on

    I say hey, hey, USA
We ain’t seen our better days
    Hell naw, hey y’all
    Country on
    Country on

Hey, Nashville, keep bending them strings
Digging for gold, chasing them dreams
Keep on with your songs ’til the whole world’s singing along
    Country on

    I say hey, hey, USA
We ain’t seen our better days
    Hell naw, hey y’all
    Country on

Country on and on and on and on and on
Country on and on and on, country on
Keep keeping on and on and on and on and on
Country on and on and on, country on
    Yeah, country on
Yeah, country on and on and on, on and on
    Country on

  • KYLIE MORGAN IS SET TO RELEASE HER NEW EP, P.S., ON FRIDAY (JULY 1ST).

Kylie Morgan will release her new EP, P.S., on Friday (July 1st). The project will feature her recent tracks including fan favorite “Independent With You” and good-time anthem “Love Like We’re Drunk,” plus her forthcoming debut single “If He Wanted To He Would,” shipping to country radio on the EP’s release day.

P.S. is the follow-up to Kylie’s 2021 EP Love, Kylie, praised by American Songwriter for its “infectious arrangements, irresistibly clever lyrics and a vibrant, empowering energy.” Helping “solidify her place as one to watch” (Billboard), the debut scored Kylie a spot as one of CMT’s Next Women of Country and VEVO’s 2021 DSCVR Artists to Watch, while also being selected for CMA’s coveted KixStart program.

“It’s like the next chapter. I’ve had my whole life to think about the first EP, Love, Kylie, and I had so much to say, but I only had six songs to say it,” says Kylie. “And so, with this next EP, it’s all the things and subject matters and feelings and situations and stories that I didn’t get to say on the first EP. And so, it’s just kind of like more of those feelings that some people can’t explain, and I hope that I can be the voice that can help you explain those.”

    About Kylie Morgan:
An Oklahoma native, Kylie Morgan started writing songs at the age of 12, gaining national attention from music producers and television executives after releasing her music independently. This early success led to her making regular trips to Nashville, crafting her voice, and polishing her songwriting. At 19, she made the decision to officially call Music City home. Recognizing Kylie’s unique talent, the SMACKSongs team signed her to their roster under the guidance of GRAMMY Award-winning songwriters, Shane McAnally and Josh Osborne.
