Luke Bryan, Chris Stapleton and Little Big Town are among the initial list of performers for this year’s CMA Awards. Jelly Roll, Old Dominion, Lainey Wilson, Megan Moroney, Carly Pearce, Tanya Tucker and K. Michelle will also perform.
CMA Awards co-host Luke will deliver a medley of his hits including “Huntin’, Fishin’ and Lovin’ Every Day,” “One Margarita,” “That’s My Kind Of Night,” “Play It Again” and “Country Girl (Shake It For Me)” coming on the heels of celebrating his 30th No. 1 song.
Chris, who is nominated for three CMA Awards including Entertainer of the Year, Male Vocalist of the Year and Musical Event of the Year (with Carly Pearce) will take the stage to perform his latest single “White Horse.”
Additional collaborations include Jelly Roll taking the stage a second time with first-time CMA Awards performer K. Michelle for a moving rendition of “Love Can Build a Bridge,” and one of the newest members of the Country Music Hall of Fame, Tucker, will be joined by Vocal Group of the Year nominee Little Big Town, for a special performance of Tucker’s iconic “Delta Dawn.” Vocal Group and Music Video of the Year nominee this year, Old Dominion, and New Artist and Song of the Year nominee as well as first-time CMA Awards performer, Moroney, will perform their new song “Can’t Break Up Now.” Pearce, nominated for Female Vocalist and Musical Event, will take the stage to perform her lauded new single “We Don’t Fight Anymore” with Stapleton, in addition to his solo performance.
Additional performers and presenters for “The 57th Annual CMA Awards” will be announced in the weeks ahead.
The 57th Annual CMA Awards, hosted by Luke Bryan and NFL great Peyton Manning, will air live from Nashville’s Bridgestone Arena November 8th at 8pm ET/7pm CT on ABC and the next day on HULU.

Chris Stapleton has been announced as one of the headliners for the inaugural “Heroes & Headliners” concert, which will pay tribute to veterans and their families. The concert, which will also feature Imagine Dragons and H.E.R., will be held at Tampa’s MidFlorida Credit Union Amphitheater on Veteran’s Day (November 11th). Chris Stapleton has been announced as one of the performers for the 2023 Rock and Roll Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony, along with Elton John, Dave Matthews, Brandi Carlile and H.E.R. This year’s class includes Willie Nelson, Missy Elliott and Sheryl Crow. The event will take place at the Barclays Center in Brooklyn on November 3rd and will be livestreamed and broadcast on Disney+ and ABC.

He reimagines Phil Collins’ iconic song, “In The Air Tonight,” along with rapper/entertainment mogul Snoop Dogg and world-renowned drummer Cindy Blackman Santana, as the new opening song and music video for ESPN’s Monday Night Football. Chris Stapleton’s new song, “Think I’m In Love With You,” is debuting today. Listen/share HERE. Written by Stapleton, the song is the second unveiled from his highly anticipated new album, Higher, which will be released November 10th on Mercury Nashville (pre-order/pre-save).
The new music adds to yet another landmark year for the 15x CMA Award-winner, who is nominated for three more awards at this year’s 57th Annual CMA Awards: Entertainer of the Year, Male Vocalist of the Year and Musical Event of the Year (“We Don’t Fight Anymore” with Carly Pearce). The awards ceremony will be broadcast live from Nashville on ABC Wednesday, November 8 at 8:00pm ET/7:00pm CT.
Produced by Dave Cobb, Morgane Stapleton and Chris Stapleton, Higher was recorded at Nashville’s RCA Studio A and showcases his supernatural voice and musical versatility across 14 songs that defy genre. Already receiving critical attention, Stapleton recently unveiled lead single, “White Horse,” of which Billboard praises “a hell-raising anthem, meant to be blared with windows down and enjoyed with ears ringing. ‘White Horse’ finds Stapleton pairing an outlaw swagger with some heaven-scraping vocals, going for the gusto throughout the chorus to try and match the guitar snarl.” Additionally, Consequence declares, “‘White Horse’ certainly suggests that Stapleton is leaning into his strengths as a cross-genre act” and Brooklyn Vegan proclaims, “one of the most jaw-dropping singles yet from an artist who rarely if ever misses.”

One of the country’s most respected and beloved musicians, in the past year Stapleton was named Entertainer of the Year at the 58th ACM Awards—resulting in a prestigious ACM Triple Crown Award—and Male Vocalist of the Year at the 2022 CMA Awards—his sixth time earning the award, setting the record for most wins ever in the category. Mickey Guyton has released the official music video for her single, “Nothing Compares To You,” featuring Kane Brown. The tune was written by Tyler Hubbard, Bebe Rexha and Jordan Schmidt.
Sam Williams will take part in a special concert event celebrating the 100th birthday of his grandfather, the late Hank Williams at The Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum in Nashville. “Hank’s 100th: A Concert in Celebration of Hank Williams” will be presented by Spotify on September 21st at 3:30pm in the museum’s CMA Theater in Nashville. Jordan Davis (writing Next Thing You Know) OC: …song is today. :59 “There’s a saying that says ‘raising kids – the days are long, the years are short,’ and that’s what this song is to me. I kind of came in wanting to write something like that, you know kind of a slow down time song, and Greylan had this idea. The idea initially was about going to a bar or going somewhere and meeting somebody and then just the progression of a relationship. I kind of hijacked the title and said, ‘Hey man. I love that title, but we’re going to write it in the sense of having kids, watching ‘em grow up and hopefully becoming a grandparent, you know? Chase McGill and Josh Osborne both have kiddos, and I think they kind of grabbed on it. Greylan, hats off to him. He’s the single kid of the group, so he was like, ‘Man, I’ll go there. I don’t know how much input I can be able to say in this, but I’ll go there with you.’ I mean, he’s a great writer, and it was fun to kind of see the title that he threw out evolve into what the song is today.”

I mean, you look at us, comparatively speaking, we’re kind of maybe somewhere in the middle in terms of the numbers. I don’t know what it is (laughs), I don’t know why we’re holding these up here, but it’s super rad and I’m definitely going to put this on my mantel. You know, I think one of the most amazing pieces of advice I was ever given was to work hard and be nice to people, and I think that’s why we have these. We work really hard and we try to be respectful to everyone around us. And one of the things I love about the country music genre is it’s family and we’re all really, really close. We’re all a bunch of misfits thrown together. We’re all a little different, but we love one another and respect one another, and I’m just honored for the both of us to be part of this awesome family.”

Obviously, that’s such a tough category to be in, ‘cause there’s just so, I don’t even want to call it competition, there’s just so many hard working artists out there that are just you know pouring themselves and their time and their energy and their love and their artistry into what they do. You know, obviously just to even be in the final category is just absolutely amazing and hopefully, above all, we can all just remember that it’s a celebration of a great year in country music and in our careers as artists, so we’ll just see what happens, but definitely excited to be in that category.”
