  • TRAVIS DENNING RELEASES HIS DEBUT SINGLE!

Mercury Nashville recording artist Travis Denning releases his debut single “David Ashley Parker From Powder Springs” today, listen HERE. Written by Jon Randall, Jessi Alexander, and Travis, the upbeat coming-of-age song paints a picture of a young man reminiscing on his carefree college memories. The nostalgic tune has quickly gained many fans at country radio.

“The fact that Travis Denning has made me want to meet the real David Ashley Parker shows he can tell a great story.” – Brent Michaels, PD KUZZ

“Travis Denning is the real deal! Loved ‘David Ashley Parker…’on the first listen. So cleverly written and a great story!” – Kerry Wolfe, VP WMIL

“Great country songs tell a story. ‘David Ashley Parker’ delivers with a story that’s never been told. It’s truly unique. This song will put Travis on the map.” – Matty Jeff, Brand Manager WGNA

A native of Warner Robins, Georgia, Travis Denning vividly remembers the moment he realized he wanted to pursue music for a living. He was seven years old sitting in his Dad’s truck and heard AC/DC for the first time. From then on, he was hooked and devoured all types of music from country, heavy metal, pop and rock. Travis started playing local bars at the age of 16 and built a solid following from his distinctive songs and raucous guitar licks. He moved to Nashville in 2014 and within a year signed a publishing deal with Jeremy Stover’s RED Creative Group. After securing outside cuts by Jason Aldean, Justin Moore and Chase Rice he caught the attention of Universal Music Group where he eventually signed a record deal in 2017. Travis recently opened shows for LANCO as well as Chase Rice and will hit the road with Justin Moore later this year. He is currently in the studio working on his debut album.

  • TRAVIS DENNING HITS THE AIRWAVES WITH ‘DAVID ASHLEY PARKER FROM POWDER SPRINGS.’

Newcomer Travis Denning has released his debut single, “David Ashley Parker From Powder Springs.” The song goes for ADDs on Monday (March 19th). He wrote the song about the nostalgia of growing up on the cusp of adulthood and the fun times he had using a fake i.d.

“I wrote this song totally about the fake i.d. that I had,” says Travis. “I think what’s so great about this story is that so many people have come up to me and said, ‘Man, that’s exactly what I did. That’s my story. That’s who I was with my i.d.’ So, I think that’s kind of a special thing about this song.”

A native of Warner Robins, Georgia, Travis is currently on the road on his first promo tour, as well as dates with Alan Jackson and Justin Moore. He’s set to perform in Las Vegas as part of ACM Party for a Cause on April 13th.
