“This is a montage of everything I have done since my last album,” Allan says of RUTHLESS. “It’s what I love.  I remain influenced by the ‘90s — as well as by the ‘80s. Twenty-six tracks were cut for this album.  Then I went back to the studio and recorded three or four more tracks. Then I returned for two more. Gary Allan released the new music video for his new song “Waste Of A Whiskey Drink.” The video premiere took place Thursday night (December 2nd) during a YouTube “red carpet” and included a live chat with the California native. Peter Zavadil directed the video, which was filmed at an East Nashville dive bar, the Crying Wolf.

Gary plays the bartender pouring drinks for a pair of newly single strangers, as they try to get over their exes together with one too many shots.
