  • JORDAN DAVIS SET TO HIT THE ROAD WITH KANE BROWN THIS FALL.

Jordan Davis is set to hit the road with Kane Brown on the Blessed & Free Tour beginning this fall. Pre-sale starts April 15th, with general on sale tickets on Friday, April 16th.

Jordan says, “I’ve been waiting for over a year now to say this…It’s coming back…So pumped to hit the road with one of the best dudes out there.”

The Louisiana native’s current single, “Almost Maybes,” is sitting Top 15 on the country charts.

  • JORDAN DAVIS TAKES THE POSITIVE APPROACH TO HIS “ALMOST MAYBES.”

Jordan Davis is sitting inside the Top 15 on the country charts with his latest single, “Almost Maybes,” which is a look back at some of his own “almost maybes” that led him to his wife, Kristen. However, Jordan doesn’t remember many of the negatives of those past relationships, but took away more of the positive memories.

“It’s really cool to see where I’m at now – a beautiful little daughter, a wife that I love, and I’m able to kind of replay those almost maybes every time I hear it on the radio. It’s just kind of cool,” says Jordan. “It’s not that I’m trying to bash anybody. It’s not that I’m trying to look bad on any of my past relationships. I think we all learn things through those relationships, and it’s kind of a good thing. I think if you just take out all the negatives out of any relationship, you really don’t grow or find any positives out of it. All those girls were amazing girls, and it’s cool now with social media, I can go back and check in with them and they’re all doing great.” He also admits “…and I was one of their ‘Almost Maybes.’”

“Almost Maybes” is the follow-up to three consecutive No. 1 songs, “Singles You Up,” “Take It From Me” and “Slow Dance in a Parking Lot.”

Audio / Jordan Davis is pretty positive about his "Almost Maybes."

  • JORDAN DAVIS TAKES FANS BEHIND-THE-SCENES OF THE VIDEO FOR “ALMOST MAYBES” WITH HIS CO-STAR, BACHELOR NATION’S HANNAH BROWN.

Jordan Davis and his co-star Hannah Brown of Bachelor Nation take fans behind-the-scenes and on the set of his latest music video for “Almost Maybes.” Check it out below:

  • JORDAN DAVIS RELEASES NEW MUSIC VIDEO “ALMOST MAYBES” FEATURING HANNAH BROWN.

MCA Nashville’s Jordan Davis released his new music video, “Almost Maybes,” today, starring Hannah Brown. Directed by Patrick Tracy, “Almost Maybes” illustrates the stories of those relationships that seemed like they were meant to be forever but just did not quite work out. The video was shot in a film studio where they recreated scenes from Jordan’s past including his old college dorm room and one of his favorite bars from Baton Rouge called Bogie’s. Each set is a snapshot of a previous ex relationship, each with their own distinct look to them. Fans can watch the “Almost Maybes” music video HERE.

Hannah tells the story how she and Jordan first sparked the idea to do a music video together. “I had done a Q&A on my social media saying how I’d love to be in a music video one day,” says Hannah. “So some of my fans started tagging Jordan, and then Jordan sent me a direct message on Instagram and that’s how it all started.”

“Within hours I was getting messages saying I should have Hannah in the video,” recalls Jordan. “Hannah was very involved in the plot line of the video, which was really fun hearing about her past relationships and marrying those stories with mine. I’m really happy with how the video turned out.”

“Almost Maybes” is the lead single from Jordan’s self-titled EP and is currently Top 20 and climbing on the country charts.

The multi-Platinum-selling, singer/songwriter previously released his self-titled EP in May, which delivered the catchy hooks that have become his signature like “Almost Maybes,” but he also went deeper with personal tracks such as the critically acclaimed “Detours” and spiritual “Church In A Chevy.” For the man who American Songwriter says “rips pages from the book of John Prine,” it was his passion for songwriting that drove the project. Drawing inspiration in the writer’s room from his own life, the six-song EP offered his most personal work to-date.

    About Jordan Davis
MCA Nashville’s Jordan Davis has been named an “Artist to Watch” by Billboard, Rolling Stone, CMT, Pandora, Shazam, Amazon Music, Sounds Like Nashville, The Tennessean, SiriusXM, Whiskey Riff and more. A Native of Shreveport, Louisiana, Davis graduated from LSU and briefly pursued the path of his degree working as an environmental consultant; however, his passion for music and songwriting eventually compelled him to move to Nashville in the summer of 2012. The 2020 ACM New Male Artist of the Year nominee’s debut album Home State has accumulated over 1 billion streams worldwide and features his three consecutive No. 1 hits “Slow Dance In A Parking Lot,” the Double Platinum-Certified “Singles You Up” and Platinum-Certified “Take It From Me.” In 2019 Davis won Best New Country Artist at the iHeart Radio Music Awards and was a nominee for ACM New Male Artist of the Year. He was also named Billboard’s Top New Country Artist of 2018 as well as Country Aircheck/Mediabase’s Most Heard New Artist of 2018. In May the hitmaker released a six-song, self-titled EP featuring current single “Almost Maybes” as well as the critically acclaimed “Detours” and a recent collaboration with pop superstar Julia Michaels, “Cool Anymore.” The singer/songwriter has previously toured with the likes of Rascal Flatts, Jake Owen, Kip Moore, Brett Young and Old Dominion and earlier this year headlined his sold-out Trouble Town Tour hitting over 20 cities. Jordan Davis (going back in time in Almost Maybes video) OC: …we’re at now, you know? :59
“This song being so kind of true to me is I’ve been able to kind of recreate those scenarios through a music video and do it in a tasteful way, not really bashing anybody, but able to recreate those relationships and the settings. So, I didn’t have the big beard (at) the time I got dumped at a Baton Rouge college bar called Bogie’s (laughs). I thought it’d be cool to just kind of go back and recreate that as real as we could, to even going back and we reached out to Bogie’s. They let us use the logo. They let us use everything, so it’s really wild to walk on set and see like, ‘Omigosh! That’s the bar in college that I spend the majority of my time at,’ and the same for Hannah (Brown). I think it’s really cool for her. It was the same thing for her. Jackie’s was her bar in college, so we were able to go and recreate that setting for her. It was a lot of fun for both of us to re-walk through those past relationships that led us to the relationships that we’re at now, you know?”

  • JORDAN DAVIS UNVEILS NEW SONG “NEED TO NOT.”

Multi-Platinum-selling singer/songwriter, Jordan Davis, released his new track titled, “Need To Not,” today. Written by Jordan Davis, Jacob Davis, Josh Jenkins, and Matt Jenkins, the song tells a story about a man who is torn debating whether or not he should drive to his ex’s house to try to repair his tattered relationship, knowing deep down that he should probably just turn around and move on. The main character of the song cannot help missing the memories they shared and all the good moments they had together, knowing all too well it is best to let the relationship end. Listen to “Need To Not” HERE.

Davis says, “’Need To Not’ is about that little voice in your head screaming, ‘You need to not do this man.’ The song makes me think how I wish I would have listened to that voice a little more than I did in my past.”

Last month, Davis released the official music video for his current Top 20 single, “Almost Maybes,” starring actress and television personality, Hannah Brown. The video was shot in a film studio where they recreated scenes from Jordan’s past including his old college dorm room and one of his favorite bars from Baton Rouge called Bogie’s. Each set is a snapshot of a previous ex relationship, each with their own distinct look to them. Davis previously released his self-titled EP last May, drawing inspiration in the writer’s room from his own life. The six-song EP offered his most personal work to-date.

  • JORDAN DAVIS EXTOLLS THE VIRTUES OF THE NEW ORLEANS SAINTS FRANCHISE QUARTERBACK, DREW BREES, AND RUMINATES ON HIS RUMORED RETIREMENT.

Jordan Davis loves himself some football, especially his beloved LSU Tigers AND New Orleans Saints. With talk swirling around that this past season would be the last for the Saints’ Drew Brees, Jordan says he’s earned the right to retire when he is ready.

“As far as the retirement thing, a lot of Saints fans out there think we need an answer now or we need to do this. Drew Brees can do whatever he wants,” says Jordan. “If he wants to retire the day before next season, Drew Brees has earned the right to retire the day before next season. When it comes to that, I think Drew can do whatever he wants.”

Jordan is not just an admirer of Drew the player, but Drew as a person. “What he’s done for the game of football, as in the person he is, I think what he’s done for New Orleans really. Any time I think of the season after (Hurricane) Katrina, it gives me chillbumps. I was in Baton Rouge and every Sunday was just this, it was a party. It would’ve been a party no matter what, but it meant a little bit more, and with Drew at the helm of it, you couldn’t have a better guy to run your organization, to kind of help pick a city back up. If you follow him on social media, you know the kind of dad he is, the kind of friend he is, the kind of person he is. You know, he is one of those rare, truly franchise quarterbacks.”

Jordan is currently sitting inside the Top 20 on the country charts with his latest smash, “Almost Maybes.” Be looking for the official music video for “Almost Maybes” to premiere on Friday (February 19th).

  • JORDAN DAVIS GIVES SOME ADVICE FOR PEOPLE WHO WILL ATTEND MARDI GRAS…IN THE FUTURE.

While many are staying home due to the global pandemic, Mardi Gras is still being celebrated, most likely remotely.

Jordan Davis grew up in Shreveport, Louisiana, and since he’s experienced Mardi Gras nearly every year of his life, he’s got a lot of advice for those who will attend for the first time in the future.

“My main piece of advice is everybody needs to experience New Orleans at least once,” says Jordan. “Another piece is just pace yourself. It is pretty much a month-long party, so just pace yourself, try to stay hydrated that’s not alcohol, have a blast and catch a bunch of beads. Get a sign – that’s another piece of advice. If you’re really going after beads, get something that catches their eyes. Also, when it comes to making signs, best advice, make it a hoop, ‘cause if you have somebody on a float, if they have something to throw at, you’re gonna get a ton more beads.”

Mardi Gras Day is Tuesday (February 16th). Also known as Fat Tuesday, it’s the last day of the Carnival season as it always falls the day before Ash Wednesday, the first day of Lent. The most popular time to visit New Orleans is the extended weekend before Mardi Gras when you can catch parades, like Endymion, Bacchus, Zulu, Rex and all of the festive celebrations throughout the whole city.

The Louisiana native is making his way up the country charts with his latest smash, “Almost Maybes.”

  • JORDAN DAVIS SHAVED OFF HIS TRADEMARK LONG BEARD FOR HIS LATEST MUSIC VIDEO FOR “ALMOST MAYBES”…AND HE MAY NOT GROW IT ALL BACK.

Ever since Jordan Davis made a splash in country music back in 2017 with his debut single (and first No. 1) “Singles You Up,” fans and media alike have been fascinated by his beautiful and well-kept beard. So, when he started posting photos on his socials of his “new look,” folks have been speculating whether or not he would grow it back. You see, he shaved most of it off for his new music video for “Almost Maybes,” which takes him back to earlier relationships before he met his now-wife Kristen.  The Bachelorette alum Hannah Brown co-stars with Jordan in the video.

So, will he or won’t he go back to the long beard? “I don’t think I’m going to go back to where I was at (with the beard),” says the Louisiana native. “Now that I’ve shaved the beard, I get a lot of photos from fans from meet-and-greets or whatever, and even I look at some of those photos and I’m like, ‘Oh, what was I thinking? Like why did I have such a big beard?’ (laughs) So, now, it’s kind of tough for me to go back to those photos, I mean I even look at some of my wedding photos and I’m like, ‘Goodness gracious, that beard was massive.’ But I definitely like having a beard. I’ll never be a clean-shaven guy. So, maybe somewhere in between caveman and where I’m at now I think is a good spot for the beard.”

Jordan’s “Almost Maybes” is closing in on the Top 15 on the country charts.

Each year on February 14th, many people exchange cards, candy, gifts or flowers with their special someone. The day of romance we call Valentine’s Day is named for a Christian martyr and dates back to the 5th century.

Over 190 million Valentine’s Day cards are exchanged annually, making Valentine’s Day the second-most popular greeting-card-giving occasion.

Sunday is Valentine’s Day (February 14th), and we’ve got some thoughts and feelings and more about love, romance and marriage from several of your favorite country artists. A few are new and some have become our favorites over the years. Which country stars are romantic? Which ones aren’t? Which ones have a good reason to celebrate the holiday that’s all about love?

“We got a lot of history together now, and we’re happier than we’ve ever been. So, she’s still beautiful, and she’s always inspired songs. I mean, one of my early hits was a song called ‘I’d Love You All Over Again,’ I wrote for her for our 10th anniversary. I mean, there’s been a zillion songs that have pieces of our good days and bad days inspired, and they continue to.”

“Yeah, I remember my first girlfriend. I was in first or second grade, but anyway, I remember it was Valentine’s Day and your mom going, ‘You’ve got to give your girlfriend something, and you’ve got to go give it to her.’ I’ll never forget — we got her a box of chocolates or whatever it was. I remember going down to her classroom and knocking on the door, getting her to come to the door. I remember handing it to her, and then I took off running.”

“When ‘What Was I Thinkin’’ was released in 2003, I didn’t know what my life would look like, and all of a sudden, I found myself out on the road full-time, just gone. So, the place where I was staying, I had some friends pack it up and move it into a storage facility…and in there I found some letters that she and I had written back and forth when we were dating. I was working at The Nashville Network and she was working out in San Francisco and found some letters I had written her and I’d gotten back and some stuff she’d sent me, including a CD of songs she’d been listening to, back when you made CD mixes and there’s like these three hearts on that CD. I just found that it was so meaningful for me those gifts you give each other before any money, before anything else was going on, just music, giving of mixtapes was so cool. She reminded me of a mixtape that I had sent her. I’d sent it to her via FedEx, because it was so important she get this as quickly as possible. This was sadly before, I guess we had internet back then, but you really couldn’t send songs over the internet. I think the most interesting thing I’ve given her and she’s given me was just mixtapes, because there’s nothing like music to put into words and the thoughts you have in your head that you can’t formulate yourself.”

“True love to me is when you love a person in spite of all their fallibilities, and for me, I have a lot of ‘em. I’m definitely at times hard to love, and that’s what’s great about Katherine and the way she loves me. She loves me in spite of those things and really for those things.”

Audio / Jon Pardi says he has learned a lot about love and about Valentine’s Day from his wife, Summer.

Jon Pardi (Valentine’s Day – Summer) OC: …for you. (laughs) :35
“One thing Summer has taught me is that gifts are cool, diamonds, blah, blah, blah, but to take your time and clear your mind and write something about what she means to you on a card is probably the most least expensive and the biggest price you can give her is just to write and tell her how much you love her on a little card. That’s what she taught me for Valentine’s Day, so I just do that. It’s way cheaper. (laughs) And of course, I always say to her, ‘Babe, every day is Valentine’s Day for you.’ (laughs)

“My college roommate was getting married in New Orleans. My wife was in New Orleans for a totally separate wedding. Both wedding parties were staying at the same hotel, so we met, the first time, in the lobby of the hotel. I’m actually wearing a necklace that has the coordinates to that hotel. Then the next day, me and my brother walk into a bar in New Orleans, and her and her friends were sitting in the corner, and I was like, ‘Hey-that’s the girl from the lobby.’ She was actually dating somebody at the time. But we kind of exchanged numbers and stayed in contact, and about two months later, a month later, she came into town for CMA Music Fest and told me that she no longer had a boyfriend, and here we are.”

“I guess Valentine’s Day gets you to thinking about love songs. You know, me and my wife’s first dance was ‘I’m Gonna Lose You’ [by] John Legend and Meghan Trainor. I think that’s just an amazing love song. I think also a love song that I heard the other day? ‘Strawberry Wine’ from Deana Carter? Great love song. I listened to that a lot. Ooooh Deana Carter. Well done.”

Josh Turner (Romantic) OC: …long time to come. :26
“If you ask my wife Jennifer if I was a romantic, she would definitely say, ‘Yes,’ but she knows that sometimes my hectic schedule and our busy lifestyles can kind of interfere with the romantic side of things. But we do try to make efforts towards being together and having adult conversations and taking time away from the children and doing things that husbands and wives do, so we’ll definitely try to continue that for a long time to come.”

Little Big Town (Kimberly falling in love) OC: …healed me. 1:20

Kimberly: “Well, I wasn’t planning on falling in love, at all. I didn’t want to…I wasn’t sure that I ever would.  So, my husband now and I were just really good friends, and after my late husband died all my friends were calling me, all the time. Just checking up on me. He was just an old friends. We had known each other for about six years and he started calling me just like everybody else did.  But, he started calling me more than everybody else did [laughs]. We had both been through similar losses, he hadn’t lost a mate but he had lost a close friend, so we kind of bonded over that. I grieved, kind of, at him a lot. He took my grief, I had a lot of grief left, and he just took it and listened and accepted it and was so understanding and let me talk about my late husband all the time. We still talk about him a lot, and he’s totally fine with it. He says that, that made me who he fell in love with and he never minds if I bring anything from the past up which is just really sweet. I was shocked, I remember when I first realized that I was having feelings. I just thought, OK, this is so weird.  What is this?  I haven’t felt this in a long, long, time. This is weird. But, eventually I allowed myself and it’s been the most beautiful gift of my life. It pulled me out of the deepest hole that I’ve ever been in and healed me.”

JIMI: “We were in the band a long time before there was ever anything which is interesting. I think there was always something underlying there that we were kind of trying to ignore. And then when the opportunity came, when all of us, ended up single kind of at the same time, a very strange turn of events for the band in a lot of different ways. And those feelings, you were able to come out with them finally. It was like, we’re single. Let’s get together. And, you know, she has a beautiful heart and she’s absolutely gorgeous and I just love her dearly.”

Luke Bryan (relationship with wife) OC: …enjoy your family. 1:02
“I would say to being a 14 year marriage and relationship and for she and I to have known each other even in college and then we kind of separated a little bit for five, five-and-a-half years, she went and lived her life and I went and kind of did the same, got my career going up here (in Nashville). And you know, the relationship goals are just to try to communicate and talk stuff out and enjoy each other and not let fights or arguments or disagreements linger on more than a day or two. I’m one of those people if we’re not seeing eye-to-eye, I have to let it out maybe a little too soon, sometimes she likes to process it. But the main thing with any marriage is just trying to laugh with one another, have fun with one another, not take each other too serious and like I said, communicate and have good days and have a lot of fun and enjoy your family.”

Maddie & Tae (Tae talking about husband Josh) OC: …that way, you know? :45
“From the moment I met Josh, he never shied away from sharing what’s on his heart. For me, sharing what’s on my heart is sometimes hard, but he always created the environment and dynamic of it’s totally normal to open up and let people to see that side of you. And so, the more we spent time together, the more I kind of adopted that mindset of like, ‘Okay, I can be vulnerable. I can take risks. I can put myself out there and maybe get rejected, but maybe it could be awesome.’ Our relationship is that to a T. I was skeptical at first and I was scared, and he was scared. And we both just, we went all in, and I felt so safe to go there with him and he’s always made me feel that way, you know?”
