    About Luke Grimes:
Luke Grimes is a natural-born creative: an actor, musician, singer, and songwriter who releases his self-titled debut album on March 8. Luke Grimes, produced by Dave Cobb (Chris Stapleton) arrives on the heels of Grimes’ gritty, acclaimed 2023 EP, Pain Pills or Pews, and features 13 tracks. Ten songs were co-written by Grimes, including “No Horse to Ride,” which debuted at No. 7 on the Country Songs sales chart in 2022 and accumulated 43.3M release-to-date global on-demand streams. Spotify highlighted the song on the cover of its Country Hits 2023 playlist, with the song in the No. 1 position. Grimes’ recording of “Hold On,” a highlight of Pain Pills or Pews that also appears on Luke Grimes, has amassed 27.4M global streams, adding to Grimes’ nearly 105M total global streams to date of all his music.

Known for his role as Kayce Dutton on the hit TV drama Yellowstone, Grimes grew up in Ohio playing music in the church and listening to the Johnny Cash, Merle Haggard, Willie Nelson, and Waylon Jennings records his father played him. Later, he moved to L.A. and joined an Americana band as its drummer before relocating to Montana, where Yellowstone films. Now writing in Nashville with hit songwriters like Rodney Clawson, Nicolle Galyon, the Love Junkies, Aaron Raitiere, and Brent Cobb, Grimes is sharing his personal story — of the loss of his father and meeting his wife — with country fans.

In 2023 he played upwards of 20 festivals, including Stagecoach, Pilgrimage Music and Cultural Festival, and Under the Big Sky Festival, and headlined his own sold-out tour. Grimes will make a return to Stagecoach in April 2024 with his highly anticipated full-length album under his belt.

  • AWARD-WINNING ARTIST JON PARDI AND FIVE-TIME ENTERTAINER OF THE YEAR LUKE BRYAN RELEASE OFFICIAL MUSIC VIDEO FOR “COWBOYS AND PLOWBOYS.”

ACM and CMA Award-winning artist Jon Pardi and five-time Entertainer of the Year Luke Bryan today released the official video for their hit collaboration, “Cowboys and Plowboys.” Filmed outside of Nashville and in California, the video was directed by Shaun Silva and features Rodeo Champions including Kyle Lockett, Bert McGill, Dallas Owen, Dakota Eldridge, Jordan Ketscher, Shelby Cole, Jaylee McGill, and Wayce McGill.

Bryan and Pardi both teased news of the video earlier this week on their socials with a live performance clip of the song taken from Luke Bryan’s annual Crash My Playa event in Mexico.

Written by Rhett Akins, Jacob Rice and Cole Taylor, “Cowboys and Plowboys” is currently climbing the charts on Country radio and is the latest single from newly inducted Grand Ole Opry member Pardi, who recently became the only California native invited in Grand Ole Opry history.  Named a “hero in the making” (Variety), Pardi has earned six No. 1s on country radio to date and is noted for his “long-lasting mark on the genre” (MusicRow) and his impressive ability to carve out his own path creating “the kind of country music multiple generations came to know, and love can still wok on a mass scale” (Variety).

    “Cowboys And Plowboys” Lyrics:

    I wear a 20X American hat

A gold buckle from a rodeo

    I wear a dusty old co-op cap

Make my living on them old turn rows

I ride a quarter horse, my tractor’s right here

I drink whiskey, and I drink beer

    Cowboys and plowboys

Just some good old small town boys

Both make the world go ’round boys

    Boy, ain’t that the truth

Yeah, we got different roots, we wear different boots

But we ain’t that different when the day is through

So, here’s to the cowboys and plowboys like me and you

    Just like me and you

I take my girl to the honky tonk

    I two-step and I spin her around

I take mine to them fields of gold

Hold her tight while the sun goes down

    Cowboys and plowboys

Just some good old small town boys

Both make the world go ’round boys

    Boy, ain’t that the truth

Yeah, we got different roots, we wear different boots

But we ain’t that different when the day is through

So, here’s to the cowboys and plowboys like me and you

    Just like me and you

We crank some George Strait, we crank some old Hank

From the big sky to the riverbank

    Cowboys and plowboys

Just some good old small town boys

Both make the world go ’round boys

    Boy, ain’t that the truth

Yeah, we got different roots, we wear different boots

But we ain’t that different when the day is through

So, here’s to the cowboys and plowboys like me and you

    Just like me and you

     Just like us, Pardi

    You got that right, Luke

  • LUKE BRYAN KICKS OFF HIS NINTH ANNUAL CRASH MY PLAYA EVENT IN MEXICO.

Luke Bryan is ready to have one margarita, two margaritas and maybe more when his ninth annual four-day concert vacation, Crash My Playa, kicks off on Wednesday (January 17th) and runs through Saturday (January 20th) at the Four Diamond Awarded Moon Palace Cancún.

He’s got a stellar lineup this year with headliners Jon Pardi, Jelly Roll and himself with his Luke & Friends night featuring Dierks Bentley and Eddie Montgomery of Montgomery Gentry that wraps up the event. Dustin Lynch is back with his annual all-day pool party, as well as performances by Bailey Zimmerman, Jon Langston, Mitchell Tenpenney, ERNEST, Lily Rose and more.

Luke says the working vacation comes at the right time, just as people are getting tired of the cold and usually a snowstorm in Nashville, which did happen this year in a big way with several inches of snow falling between this past Sunday and Monday.

“(We’ve) got a great year planned,” says Luke. “We’ve got Jon Pardi and Jelly Roll and got Dierks coming out as a special guest; Eddie Montgomery coming out. I mean, I’m a huge Montgomery Gentry fan, so the fact that I can stand up there and sing songs with Eddie Montgomery on our ‘Friends’ night is gonna be amazing. It’s just gonna be another great year of Playa, and we’ve got Dustin Lynch getting ready for the pool party, so Playa’s just been a great thing. Just about the time it gets too cold to be in Nashville, we fly to Mexico and get warm. Every time we’re driving to the airport, it’s a snowstorm.”

Attendees can probably expect Luke and Pardi to perform their duet “Cowboys And Plowboys” together at least one night…maybe more.

Audio / Luke Bryan is really excited about his Crash My Playa event this year, and he says it's perfect timing for the getaway.
